    Top man Xavier! Just starting to look at Lutron and their website is seriously lacking. A highly functional but complex system and this has been a helpful start. Have found that UK retailers are lacking in knowledge. Just been quoted for a 2 button pico with a dimming inline controller; and they are supposed to know their stuff. I shall look at your other videos now. Merci bien mon ami.

    Thank you for the great video - really good advise on what kind of Pico Scene Keypads can be used. All the videos on this channel are very informative. I’d love to see bigger projects with RA2 Select and Pico. Especially, I am interested in what kind of scenes are good practice in a master bedroom or home office. Would be nice to understand what kind of custom Pico scene keypads are used.

    Hello Xavier. Excellent video. I have a question. Can i control the Ceiling fan with a pico control in a RA2 Select system ?

    • @adelux
      @adelux  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi thanks for your comment! Well you know really a pico is a pico, meaning it’s basically a remote to operate a power module.
      So yeah you could use pico ref: PJ2-3BRL-GWH-F01 which is a pico with fan control engraving. And that pico will remotely operate the Maestro RRD-2ANF-WH which is the fan control power module.
      Hope this helps ✌🏾

    Great video, really loved all the possible scenarios! I was curious if I would need regular Caseta Wireless Switches to work with the Pico’s or if I can have any entire setup with Pico remotes?
    I’m using Canless Recessed Lights and was wondering how can I integrate pics remotes and I’m thinking of using all Luton Caseta Wireless Switches.

    Please, for each of the circuits I would like to know other devices in the complete setup apart from the Pico remotes. Is it one Inline-dimmer for each circuit, One RA2 repeater or more for this design setup.

    • @adelux
      @adelux  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, it is always one inline dimmer for each lighting circuit. One RA2 Select repeater per project. If you need to use more than one you probably need to look at Lutron HomeWorks QS instead. More info on full Lutron RA2 Select setup here >> th-cam.com/video/TRGYxfdKuPg/w-d-xo.html

    Hi Xavier, thanks for the tutorial. Is it possible, with the four button shades control that controls two shades (open and closed), to press open and then when part way up press a button to stop the shade moving? Similar to the single shade control functionality.

    • @adelux
      @adelux  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! Button will open/stop + close/stop for each group of blinds. One thing I’ve noticed though is that if the main repeater is turned off for some reason then button will fully open or close. Hope this helps ✌🏾

    How do you handle the actual light switch? My house already has switches in place. Do you eliminate all of them?

    • @adelux
      @adelux  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Technically yes.
      You can terminate the existing wiring of the switches with wago type connectors and leave the cables in the back box. Then you can screw the Pico faceplate over (where the old switch was) and slide in your Pico. This Is how we do it in the UK - EU though

    • @lpad321

      Adelux Lighting Control & Motorised Blinds thank you. Do you recommend this over purchasing the rf maestro switches? They aren’t cheap

    • @adelux
      @adelux  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      From your question I believe you probably based in the us 🇺🇸. If it’s the case let me rephrase my previous answer. Whether or not you use a Pico, you still need “a dimmer” to control the load and if you are in the US and use RA2 select you will need a maestro dimmer that can be fitted where your existing switch is
