great work and alot of players would like them to become a playable race but that will prob never happen and understandably too. we all love the Quaggan.
Right! It's a random part of End of Dragon's that I haven't seen a lot of people talk about. There is always the possibility that this Quaggan was confused or incorrect, but also it would make a lot of sense. Hopefully it gets explored more in an Unending Ocean expansion that explores the threat that drove the Krait out of the ocean and whatnot.
