on any map as long as you have a skimmer and bond of faith, put them as hotkeys on your keyboard and press them really really fast one after the other skimmer-bond of faith and you'll fall through the map.

I think droppers have fallen out of popularity too. I enjoy them alot, so im glad Mojang added droppers to their new server as a challenge for the eyeblossom cape

I don't like jumping puzzles, but the easy-version holiday JPs are tolerable enough to do whenever necessary. The wintersday choir bells is awful IMO (or I'm just awful at it, so I avoid it completely). The rest of the stuff you mentioned is great.
