Wait a minute now I have that same aluminum throttle housing but the end of my new throttle cable won't fit through that hole that's on the bottom of the housing. It's like the bead thing is too wide to fit through the hole. Should I try drilling out that hole a little bit wider to get it through or will that just end up breaking it all together ?
Yo bro bro what size is your throttle Cable and front brake line ? I got tall bars for mine and the lines shirt. I can’t messyre the the line without taking it apart and I don’t have DOT fluid. If you know the length of that front brake line you’ll be a absolute legend. I’m ordering a new back shock also I blew the bushings out first week. And putting a after market kick starter because the original is junk. Thanks brother! Merry Christmas
i have the same 1/4 turn and the tube wont fit on my bars as i can slide it half way on and any further it wont slide and just gets wedged and cant move it

Compressed air is the easiest way to put on and take off grips by far
Use hairspray to lube the bar when pushing the grips on.... also acts like glue when it dries off....

Maybe your bars are bent? Or your bars are too big?

Use dish soap, not WD 40. WD 40 will dissolve the rubber. Soap will dry out and act like glue and hold it better then wd 40.
