Thank you so much for this , I have been having a major major issue with this , I have this thing when I wake up where i have this un quinchable thirst , I open up the fridge and just drink !!, have been trying to get away from soda anything that is not good for my health , you have NO IDEA HOW HARD IT IS TO ACTULLY FIND SOMERHING GOOD FOR your health , which raises another question for another time , but again I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for this . cheers from Egypt
Lemon Mint water is my favorite! It's the opposite for me, I usually only drink water or tea, but I have trouble drinking more than liter a day (That's a little under 0,3 gal I think?). (Some days I only drink half a liter, but 1,5 is my daily goal!) I just don't feel any thirst so I forget to drink for hours. Infused water helps me drinking more, because it's so tasty and healthy ❤
When you can add so many things you need infuse it ,just have juice out of it,water bottle infusers needs to be simple easily available things like ,mint,cardamom,lemons ,ginger even cumin powder makes the best keep them ready eay to infuse the water in water bottle 1_2 spoon of electrolytes
I second this, add some ice to the fruit and muddle them to squish out some of the oils and flavors to expedite that overnight transition of flavors, and keep refilling to hit your water goals for the day🪩
I would say its negligible. If you mash up the ingredients you will probably get more of the sugars out of it. but 100g of blueberries is only 57 calories. So having your fruit just sitting in water, Probably less then that. I would chalk it up to an incidental and not try to count it.

this is constructive criticism: please stop repeating information. the thick/thin slices is unnecessary and bottom line annoying, the times could've been said once or if you really wanted to say it again could be just "overnight or 10 minutes to an hour". i was gonna click out of the video and let it be but thought it would be more constructive to let you know
I tried the frozen fruit one maybe I have to crush the fruit up some more but the initial taste wasn’t too fruity lol I just sipped it so I’m not sure yet

You can drink the water whenever you like, after a few hours you can mildy taste the fruitiness, but if left overnight it tastes absolutely amazing

I make my water in 1/2 gal. mason jars. It helps me track my water intake better. I make them up the night before.
