I really appreciate this post. I don't drink any fancy waters, but I do find I need extra electrolytes to prevent muscle cramping. I've been making my own for years! So many fitness/nutrition influencers - even ones I truly like - keep pushing LMNT. But it is easy to make your own and SOOOOO much cheaper!
