I see a small problem with this, on the right side a mosfet used as a diode? this diode is not needed unless you use a maximum of 10A at 100V or less.

I have 3 soler penal 150 waat , if I use sires connection then total 60 volt and 22 ampear ,

This does not work as a 30A voltage regulator, maybe a couple amps.

Hmm,the efficiency will depend on input and output voltage difference and the transistor will heat up when the voltage difference is high
