  • This soft spoken ASMR sleep hypnosis will help you to quickly and easily overcome obstacles, most of which exist in our minds, by clearly your subconscious. This ASMR sleep hypnosis includes deep relaxation and a sleep induction to help you to sleep along with ASMR tapping sounds and an extended ocean soundscape. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and regularly use hypnosis alongside other talking therapies to help my patients.

    I listened to this last night and I was totally asleep within minutes of that induction. The Tibetan chime is one of my favourites! But certainly I'll have to come back to this again to 'consciously' absorb the content.
    I should also mention that I started watching your channel in early 2020 and I must say you've gotten a lot better at the technical aspects. The virtual snowflakes, sparkling effects, and so on. You've made some great strides in the last year - I'm impressed! Thank you Dr. Emma for another great video!

    I found your channel approximately a week ago and I am so impressed. Can you do a video around dealing with loss and grief? I’m a nurse and still haven’t dealt with my parents deaths and with my patients sometimes passing away during this pandemic it’s extremely painful and difficult. Thank you for all you are giving. PS.
