hes underrated because its another "pet the doggo chonker wholesome wholesome " bs and not an actual character just a pet in a fight they did the same shit in 15 and it fell flat as fuck the dog was also semi minor character
I love how it starts creating a black hole in the final phase. It knows there is no way it's beating you at that point, but if it's going down, it's taking you and *the whole tower* with it.
the lil ffxiv bits make me so happy Fight started cool but holy shit did it get crazy, banger boss actually I did it at level 80 and the dps check felt pretty tight
@@drakofox1362 I doubt Omega would have the power to compress the whole Valisthea. I believe it was only squeezing whatever was inside the pocket dimension it created, but it's still an impressive feat.

No matter what, being more than willing to destroy itself, you, and the entire pocket dimension by compressing it with what's seemingly powerful, but limited and incredibly flawed magick (following how they described the dusk crystals) is the pure definition of: 'If I'm dying, you're dying with me', lol.
This boss... this ost... This b*tch got an achievement : Kill me for the first time... i've done all bosses and 0 death, this one get me a life... But damn this battle and this moveset are so energetic, i love it !

This is the ONLY boss in the game that actually gave me a rough time. I've faced Omega Weapon in VII, did that with two tries - Omega in XIV, did that guy solo in one try - Omega Weapon _again_ in XV - took me about half hour, but THIS prick? A FULL HOUR and 8 deaths! And I BARELY passed the damage check - this boss is one tough son of a bitch!
The dps check at the very end had me fanboying so hard, and the fact seeing omega’s boss fight in 14 is what got me into the series beyond 7
