I looked everywhere online and could not find the sponge we had anywhere!!! I had no idea it was so hard to find. Any sponge works, but the one we had was awesome. We picked it up at RIverbound in Phenoix
@@HeadwatersKayak I was able to stop it perfectly and see it said "X sac" but I also scoured the net and couldn't find it. I dunno, if someone has an Etsy shop, there's an open market!
Just ordered 2 from Riverbound in Arizona. Told them Dan @ Headwaters Kayak sent me 😂. They call it a Sac Flippy. Go get you one! 😊

what kind of gear do yall wear thats fast drying and you don't mind swimming in?
I usually always wear a SPF 50 hooded sun shirt. This one made by NRS, but lots of folks make them. Shorts are just quick drying board shorts.
What do you think about kayaking the lower salt river? I know a lot of people do but something I’ve wanted to try
We had a blast doing it. I’d highly recommend it. If you don’t like the rapid you can always portage it.
