The Golf GTI MK7/7.5 has been a car we have had software in the bag for since 2017 having developed Stage 1 and 2 on our old Audi TT MK3 but trying to get a hold of a Golf GTI to finalise out remaps and film has taken us a bit of time. Do you need to do a swirl flap delete? I have an A5 2.0tfsi Quattro 252bhp 2017. Wanted to remap. Wondered if you would do. I heard they’re the same engine as GTI
when you say, "fitted a muffler delte" is that a backbox delete? or is it a forge turbo muffler delete?
Does anyone know engine bay wise the difference between the left and the right hand drive. Love my Forge intake and wanted to combine the inlet and filter piping together but its saying it won't fit left hand drive vehicle.

Any issues with running a stage 1 (low torque) on a stock manual clutch? Also, any reason why it would not be compatible with a 7.5 non PP model (no diff)?
It’s really a case of per car basis.. some cars are fine high torque, some are fine low torque and some just slip regardless.
We all ways say come in for the tune but budget for a clutch

What clutch was in it? I thought the turbo muffle was purely for sound? Read on 'mygolfmk7' that it was bench tested as doing next to nothing for flow...

My car is not tunned, but i already deleted muffler and resonater. If i delete catalyst and go for downpipe, i will get that backfire from 4:37? I literally love that sound!
You will require software if you remove the cat

Would you need to upgrade the clutch for stage 1?
I had a manual Edition 30 running 310bhp on a stage 1...The clutch started slipping after around 30k, put an organic clutch in after that. I'm sure these newer models will handle the power better.
What do you mean dsg ecu package ? What does it do to the gearbox?
It allows the gearbox clutches to handle the increased torque/power from the tune up

@@razza3277 alright mate, yes all good may need brakes regularly or upgraded ones depending on how you drive
