Day in the life working from home as a referral specialist in 2022. Follow me for my first day on the job while I work from home. I had a work from home job that last 2020-2021 but that contract ended and I worked a bit as an Ophthalmic Tech but now I am back working home as a Referral Specialist. I love working from home and don't plan to ever go back in office unless its required hehe.

I miss working from home full time. We still do 3-4 days a week from home and will probably continue but I tell ya, those days I have to drive to work are a whole struggle. I still don't know how I did it 5 days a week.
I had no idea what a Referral Specialist is til your video got me curious.

I am still working currently. Not too shabby, I quite like it.
Are you still doing this job? If so, do you like it? I just took online classes and became prior authorization certified specialist and looking at options to work from home vs office setting. Any info you can give is greatly appreciated

I would love to see that video when it come out. Does the company you work for require experience in preauthorizations or certificate? Are they still hiring?
What school did you attend for your online courses?
@@FleurHarleaux no school needed at all. I have only a diploma in pharmacy tech and some IT classes when I went for my associates but dropped out 😅 school wasn’t for me anymore. I got this job based off experience. Come to think of it, I don’t think you need to go to school for this. Helps maybe but you don’t need it.

Sorry for late reply, this position does not require a certificate. I got the job based on prior experience in the ophthalmology field. I also worked for the state during Covid.

Hey there! Yes 70 per day or 10 per hour!

These are sometimes both it depends
It’s all super easy! Take about ten minutes to do one depending on several diff factors. But i morally can do one in two mins or less
