I just recently quit my job as an administrative assistant because I didn’t particularly like the environment. I start a new job as an office administrator next week and this video got me so excited because it’s seems like the same type of vibe as the new company I’ll be working for! Thanks for the video🥰❤️
Do you have to answer a lot of phone calls from people like customers or whatever? Are they nasty? I did a call center and I can not do a toxic environment like that again..I can’t do a medical office either because too many phone calls
I dont get many calls here. I do more admin work here. When i used to work at a massage & facial spa as the receptionist yes! I’d get a ton during busy seasons.
Im actually thinking about working as a office manager. One thing I love in a job is to having "free hands" to be creative and buy stuff for the company that makes it feel like "harmoniously" (ish) for the colleagues. Soooo I have some questions and to make it more easier for you to answer I'll number them up 😄 1. Do you feel that the budget is generous? It seems like it in this video. 2. Do you feel like you have free hands to buy what you think will be fitting for the company? :) 3. Do you ever feel like you have nothing to do at work? I can't have nothing to do at my jobs 😅 4. Can you be flexible with your schedule? Like, can you sometimes come in at 9 instead of 8 and work one hour later that day? Thanks for sharing this video!
Thanks for watching! ❤ So my boss doesn’t give me a budget unless it’s for things like work parties or events. On a weekly basis i just buy what is needed like coffee, creamer, milk, some snacks, supplies etc. Sometimes we need more, sometimes we need less it depends! But my boss is pretty generous especially if it’s something we need. I think i have a freehand in the sense that if there is something important we need and if it would be useful. We don’t need much at this office though & all the decor or cool furniture pieces he usually picks out or asks for my opinion! There are some days where it’s slower for me and may not have many tasks. So i find ways to keep myself busy or watch training videos. I appreciate the downtime for when i have busier days. My boss is flexible but we do have a set schedule of 9-5 Monday through Friday. If there is a day i need off, need to leave early or if i need to work from home he is usually pretty cool about it!
How is the flexibility with having a TH-cam channel while in this role? I was recently asked to apply to be a bank branch manager and I am really struggling with the idea of letting my channel fade into the shadows or change my name so that the company doesn’t find out. 😅 love this content though! Just subscribed 🤍
Hi, Thank you so much 🤭💛 I honestly just got lucky with having cool bosses, I’m not actively talking about my TH-cam with coworkers or anything. Unless it comes up in conversation! I also happen to work a very non-traditional 9-5. Personally though, I would keep posting your content, no matter what! I know a job is important but don’t let this fade away especially if it’s something you love doing!
I don’t! I haven’t driven for them in a while. It may depend what area you are dashing in 🤷🏽♀️ i tried to stay around places with lots of food options and busier areas
I lived in CT and tried doing food delivery through Door Dash or Uber Eats and these jobs don’t work in CT where the towns are small and low population, they only work around big cities I feel like..

The work environment is so important! I can’t stress that enough. My boss is super cool and so are my coworkers. We try to keep the vibes all good!

@@AlessandraDiLeoyou’re so right! I guess if it is unrelated to work directly it should be fine. At least I am hoping! 😅
Congratulations, I am in the same situation, its fun at times.
Thank you!
Do you still doordash? I feel like I’m getting finessed on it lol but I’m from Maine so that could be why 😂
