You have a very nice shop there! And we can tell the crew is great too! So much happening in that 3200 sq.ft. It is absolutely well organized, clean, and efficient. Producing up to 10 units a week in that building is impressive. And I know what I am talking about. I manage the operations of 4 manufacturing facilities, totaling 250,000 sq.ft / 250 employees. Congratulations Sir!

That is insane that you are doing that many amazing quality machines with only a few staff. I wasn't expecting that you would have our own onsite sandblasting and powdercoat facilities.
I was actually expecting a decent setup in the office for CAD stuff.

Would love to have one of you splitters one of these days...I'm just now getting into some firewood production and if I continue ide like to look into and ultra, would be a bit of an upgrade from my splitting maul (most likely will start with a tractor supply splitter, once the business makes a little money, I wouldn't mind getting an ultra)
Hey do your machines ever go on sale? Was looking at the website at the ulta and the $4000 is USD... right...at the bottom is said $5200 CAD.
Ok take care and thanks for the tour. Hopefully within the next 2-3 years I'll get one of your splitters

I enjoyed your video clean shope but in the video there's not much safty with some of you EMPLOYEES which have noticing that some have no safety glasses and some with no ear plugs and masks for grinding and so on . Company is sapost to supply for everyone on the shope floor in including supervisers and managers.
    Just saying

Don't touch the bare steel with your bare hands before you paint it. Theoi. From your skin will cause the paint to fail

That's something you here on the powder coating forums. We do 4 batches of this stuff a day and I haven't seen it yet. Obviously you don't want to be rubbing oil all over the part, but it's not that sensitive

    • @arnejahr3531

All these coatings are very sensitive to any form oil or silicone. Look wat happen to all the cars with peeling paint back in the 80s and. That was caused by minute particles of oil a silicone floating in the air
