Кстати я тоже недавно открыл для себя мисо суп и рамен, у нас эти блюда не популярны, но я был в восторге. А вот тофу я не смог понять, возможно у нас продают не очень вкусный тофу) Ещё недавно , впервые попробовал грибы эноки, это было интересно) Столько теплых чувств появляется от просмотра ваших роликов. Ещё раз спасибо) У нас кстати наконец стало теплее, природа начала просыпаться от зимы. I would have had the beer with dinner. That seared ham and brown rice looks like it would taste even better with a cold beer. I'd be glad to get that at an izakaya.
Hi! Put a WET towel underneath your cutting board to prevent it from sliding so much. It works! Thanks for showing how u make miso soup. I love it and ingredients are not hard to find in California 😊
