- All aboard! In this video, we take a look at Metrolink, the commuter railroad for the greater Los Angeles area. Metrolink began service on October 26th, 1992 and since then, it has carried thousands of commuters a day over 7 different lines passing through Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties. We'll take a look at Metrolink trains on all 7 of these lines over the last several years.

Wish all the rolling stock had a common paint scheme. The mixture of two styles looks dorky.
This is not for adults only kids
Metrolink's a part of my childhood. Happy 25th Anniversary Metrolink.
What Metrolink needs to build: Coachella Line and Victor Valley Line
That's quite a collection of F59s in action. One more year and they will be gone and replaced by the F125s. Also great footage of the old cab cars
I like train number 862 sadly I haven't get to ride it I'm from Texas train 862 is in California
They need to put an old "Railroad Crossing" sign just like what Caltrain has with red LED black thing on the RailRoad Crossing gates.
The metrolink is my favorite train!
First! No one really cares though lol nice video btw
Wow its been out since the 80s. Pretty impressive for a commuter train.
Happy 25th Anniversary Metrolink
Metrolink #872 has a sick horn, better than the ones the others have!
I remember when I saw my first and only Metrolink train back in 2008 when my family went to Los Angeles for a vacation.
