Having watched a lot of car-reviews and reviewers, I have to say that this channel is the absolute best. Really in depth reviews and focussed on practicality. Having recently bought the new Hyundai Santa Fe I was curious what you thought of it's family member as a comparison. Thanks for the reviews and although I am not in the market anymore to buy a new car I am looking forward to new content. Keep up the good work. 😊
What a lovely comment, thank you so much. Really glad you enjoy what I’m doing, and there is plenty more to come. Also, may I congratulate you on a superb choice of car! I hope you enjoy it, I think it’s the clear class winner for me. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to share your thoughts. I really appreciate it.
Good review as usual but rendered virtually unwatchable by TH-cam playing 50 second long adverts every few minutes whilst infuriatingly telling you will have “fewer” ad breaks to the longer unskippable ads..
For cars that aspire to be 4x4s I do wonder why manufactures and reviewers never, or very rarely (Subaru excepted), quote the ground clearance or the wade depth figures.
Another great review as usual, I am hoping that you will review the face lifted Hyundai Tucson .I have had a KX 4 sorento from new it's 10 years old now but it has been the most reliable car I have owned . Now looking for a replacement. Went to look at the new Sorento 4 loved the car but you can only have a black interior(WHY). This I find annoying as everywhere else it's on sale seems to get 4 colour options . Now looking at the new Santa Fe, Tucson( ultimate spec ) or the pre face lift Lexus RX Takumi ( I do not like the new front of the latest one) as they all offer a choice of colour for the interiors. But still going round in circles Ha!
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. And I’m glad you’re enjoying the reviews, so thank you for the support. You’ll want be watching next week’s video then…..😉
American? No. At the back quarter it reminds me more of the Audi Q7. I’ve owned both the current shape 2020 Sorento and well as a much earlier Q7 which I ran for six years. I honestly preferred the Sorento turbo diesel. A really nice car. However as a hybrid, it isn’t as ‘exiting’ as the recently launched Hyundai Santa Fe which is really spectacular inside if having a more Marmite exterior.

Very short PHEV range for the Koreans. Skoda Kodiaq all the way.
Nice car, but a 7 seater needs boot space for 7 people not 2
Another SUV Bland Boring Box on wheels
Who is buying them
I’d buy another Kia Sorento no problem. It is as good as a Volvo XC90 and I’ve owned both. I’d choose the diesel engine again too.
Everyone. This D-segment SUV sector is the fastest growing market in all of Europe.
I recently bought Sorento 2.2 CRDi and absolutely love it !!!! Great car
I just picked up mine this weekend and loving it!
