1. Honda CR-V Hybrid - best for families
The Honda CR-V stands out as a top-performing compact crossover SUV, known for its versatile space, enjoyable driving experience, and efficient hybrid options.
Diving into specifics, the CR-V's Sport and Sport Touring are the trims you need to choose from if you want the Hybrid CR-V. The hybrid powertrain combines a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with two electric motors, delivering 204 horsepower. The Sport variant comes with front-wheel drive as standard, but you can upgrade it to all-wheel drive. The Sport Touring is only all-wheel drive. Moreover, this variant accelerates to 60 mph in 7.9 seconds, almost half a second faster than its non-hybrid counterpart.

You don't have to plug it in, you get to plug it in (and avoid the gas station)
