    There is a lot of advice on this out there, but for some reason this is the only one which adresses the real connection of the symptoms with ejaculation. This is really so helpful. For the exercising to reduce stress, what in your opinion would be something which does put stress on the pelvic floor? I realized that jogging or situps for example also make symptoms worse

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I’m glad I can help. Most people have bad gait (walking, running form) so for most people a lot of exercises add tension on the body & pelvic floor especially. Swimming can be safer, walking, sauna sessions are great. I’ve addressed the posture part in other vids as it is a bigger topic

      My condition is good enough so I am able to go jogging but if yours is not, go for long walks. At least 30min, if possible 2 times a day. I do this in a forrest and it really helps (mentally also) Often I take a hot bath afterwards just to fully relax.

Nevertheless I relapse and get into porn here and then but its much better if your body can take a break from this. Those release stretches are great help if you practice them every day. Stress has a massive impact. The bottom line is inflammation which comes from stress, environmental toxins, eating a western diet & developing leaky gut syndrome along with poor posture.

      @@fitalfa I am curious to know if you know about a theory called "Total biology" or "Bio decoding". It's more a French-German approach. If yes, what do you think about it? I have started to see a specialist in this field. It sounds completely weird and BS, but at the same time it makes sense in my case.
      I have multiple issues on top of CPPS, such as general joint pains, muscle pains, tinnitus, insomnia, dizziness, low weight, general anxiety, etc. Exercise, relaxation, meditation, EFT, Psych-K, etc during 2 years changed almost nothing. I have several thousands hours of reading in nutrition over 20 years, I don't eat crap food. I also have a fair naturopathic knowledge even if it's not my job.
      I found a mold issue last year and I have been treated for iron overload, both did not improve much my general condition.

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bozosmith3506 I will look into it. I'd recommend a functional medicine doctor who can do a full toxin panel test, hormone panel, gut health & other tests most doctors haven't heard of. Many people have leaky gut syndrome without knowing it and/or show signs of early autoimmunity caused by chronic inflammation. They will show you the FULL picture, instead of just pieces of it. Your symptoms sound like classic mold exposure/fungal overgrowth. It takes time to heal this & you could be sensitive to otherwise healthy foods that can still trigger inflammation. I wish it was simpler, but modern western life is full of toxins. I can refer you to at home testing resources if you don't have access to a functional doctor. The treatment should make perfect sense & not sound like BS.

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can’t stop it from completely happening. But if you’re not thinking much about sex or hyping yourself up it shouldn’t happen. I’ve gone 25 days of semen retention with no wet dreams. You if you get a wet dream or need to rub one out you can relax afterwards. Hydrate a lot. Stretch & maybe warm bath to increase blood flow down there. I never completely stopped. Would rather deal with pain than completely abstain.

    Hey Fit Alfa. I have been suffering from this since September. I have sitting pain (have to use the towel trick or a cushion with a hole to make things a bit more bearable) and constipation/ejaculation makes things flare up more, especially the next day. I have had 2 coccyx steroid injections and in combination with laxatives and using a bidet this had at least improved anal pain a bit (that's the other trigger point affected by the pudendal nerve/pelvic floor). At least I am not in the constant agony that I was in all the time even without sitting up until December. My burning perineal sitting pain in still pretty bad and I have been practicing sitting for longer periods of time to try to desensitize my pelvic floor to the pain. Hard surfaces are better because I can put more pressure on the sit bones. Also got back to regular full body training and sometimes go for 1.5 month periods of semen retention except for nocturnal emissions (despite being with my wife). Anyway, been following you for a while and you give me hope. I wanted to know whether your pain gradually decreased over the two years and what were the best methods that helped you.

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Norbert, the pain does decrease gradually over time until you have “leftover pains” or discomforts before you’re 100%. The solution depends on what specifically caused this for you. So my situation is one day I woke up and went to the toilet and urinated, went back to my room and felt like I needed to go the toilet again, very shortly after, I felt it was unusual but I went toilet again, however it kept happening 🤷‍♂️. I mentioned it to my mom and she said I probably just have a water infection and drink plenty of water. So I did. I then booked a doctors appointment. One of many as no matter what I explained to them about having a dull aching pain it’s like they were just so confused. I described it as like a golf ball that’s red, I said the pain feels red and dull and it never goes away, it’s constantly there. I described that I noticed sitting in a car can make it feel worse, and I mentioned holding back from urinatingnmakes it extremely worse and when I finally uriinate it offers slight relief, but pain never goes. It went on for a year, I thought I can’t live with this, all my friends where aware cus I was constantly moaning about it, one year turned into 7!!! I was 19 when I first experienced symptoms and I’m now 26. A doctor actually told me that I may just have to get used to it and deal with it as there’s not really any of options. The moral of the story is I’ve lived with this constant pain for years and truthfully I don’t no how I’ve managed to do it, but I guess I’ve done it as I’ve had no other choice. I’m finding myself on this video 7 years later as I clearly am still searching for answers😂. Can any one relate ? Id happily get in contact to discuss these symptoms with some one who does because all my friends have no clue what I’m onabout they just look at me like Damn that’ sounds bad but they’ll never get how bad it really is but I don’t expect them to I guess.

    • @Manny2brumTown

      The moral of the story is I’m here now trying to work out if my frequent masturbation is playing a big part, or even a small part; or any part?. I mean anything is better than nothing at this point. I’ve dealt with it for years and I will continue to do so. Truthfully I am addicted to masturbating, I don’t go a day without masturbating, is this causing me much more grief? I tell myself im not gonna do it to test wether my pain reduced down there but I always end up masturbsting and I always tell myself I doubt it will help not masturbating anyway as it’s been 7 years and it ain’t let up on me. What’s ur thoughts ? Also when I touch my penis it’s always warm, like when you have a headache and u touch ur head and u feel heat, I feel that when I touch my penis

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Based on your two comments & given your main symptom is frequent urination/urgency, it’s likely that your pelvic floor is overactive/tight. This usually happens from stress, poor posture & frequent masturbation absolutely plays a role. Those muscles contract whenever you sustain an erection & they tense up to the max when you ejaculate. If you can’t go a day without nutting, sit with that & ask yourself why

  • @KoolAidDinkyTV
    @KoolAidDinkyTV ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I haven’t been diagnosed yet but I been suffering with Frequent urination, urine dribbling after urinating, weak urine stream sometimes or sometimes it starts like so strong but after 10 seconds it starts to decrease and the line becomes thin then it stops. But if I strain a little or push more urine comes out. I also don’t have pain but have twitches in penile area and my penis sometimes feel like tight like if it was being squeezed. I also get twitching sometimes in area between anus and testicles. Sometimes mild left testicle pain but It doesn’t last a lot. I had been also experiencing problems with ejaculation. When I ejaculate it doesn’t shoot with force. Just like a drop comes out and the rest stays stuck in urethra then it slowly comes out.

    I was masturbating 4 to 6 times a day to deal with my anxiety. I was also in the gym doing HEAVY squats. All while going on little sleep. I believe this brought on my pelvic pain issues. It has taken me a while to put 2 and 2 together. I stopped masturbating for a week and started feeling better. Then I was like I will masturbate once a day to fall asleep. But soon after being ok for a couple of months I started masturbating more again and then I ended back up at square one. Still not entirely putting 2 and 2 together. I have this problem since about 18 months and going crazy. I have been tested multiple times and they find no evidence of infection. Seen an urologist 3 times.
    I am curious to know if someone else experience this cocktail of symptoms.

I also just try to stay busy with house chores where I’m standing rather than sitting . And I do a lot of stretches . Stretching that groin area also helps a lot . Also just take it easy on yourself and body. Treat yourself to anything that relaxes you . I also do hot salt baths and or a heating pad . I’ve even put vapor rub in the area, the menthol in vapor rub. It doesn’t cure the pain but it helps concealing the pain in a way due to the menthol. If I make sense .

    For me, the worst part has been that male doctors don't seem to understand the male body. I have been having pain between my scrotum and inner thigh. I am a 6,000+ mile per year cyclist. The pain started one morning. Since it was behind the scrotum, I went to my GP. Since I also had some discomfort on the left side of the scrotum during masturbation, I asked my GP if the blood flow was through that same general area during masturbation. He said, "I don't think so. See a urologist and orthopedist." I saw 2 urologists and 2 orthopedists. The orthopedists said my pain is urological, the urologists say it is orthopedic. I've had MRI and ultrasound of scrotum. I am 58 and gay. I am not shy about discussing my private area, especially with a medical professional. Often times, during the diagnosis, I am quick to drop my shorts and point exactly where the pain is located. I'm not vulgar about it. It is a medical setting. However, it seems as though unless it is a quick and easy or they won't make any money with further treatments, they are really not interested. The commentary during your video regarding masturbation and the shame that some men feel afterwards is something that you have to resolve within yourself. For many of us, masturbation is the only form of sexual outlet that we have. If done correctly, masturbation can be very enjoyable, and you can create the best sex partners in your mind. This is not to say that one should not seek out intimacy with a partner if this is what one desires. Dr. Ruth Westheimer said that masturbation is not a problem unless all you do is sit around all day and masturbate. If you go to school, go to work, get the yard work done, etc., masturbation for most is ok. If you have problems relating to potential partners because you think the partner and the sex doesn't live up to "the big screen" then you might have an issue. I have been masturbating for 40 years, all while obtaining a college degree, professional certification, wealth, and retired at age 51. Masturbation never prevented me from going out into the world, however, it did often release stress as did physical exercise like using the treadmill and riding a bicycle. I heard on another video that CPPS can be caused by frequent edging - where you masturbate but do not allow yourself to ejaculate. Unfortunately, there is so much going on in the groin area that the pain seems difficult to diagnose. I really like the straight-forward language that you use in this video.

    Some say - There is no direct evidence to suggest that wheat causes prostatitis. However, some people with prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome may find that certain foods, including wheat and other grains, can exacerbate their symptoms. This is because some foods can trigger inflammation in the body, and inflammation can worsen prostatitis symptoms. If you suspect that wheat or another food is exacerbating your prostatitis symptoms, you may want to try eliminating it from your diet for a period of time and see if your symptoms improve. However, it is important to speak with a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes.

      I used to have hard flaccid and ED with genital and perineal numbness. This healed over time and function returned to normal. In my experience hard flaccid was 100% psychological. I was freaking the hell out over my symptoms and when time came for sex, my penis shriveled up to a size I had never seen before while being super hard. Relaxing and letting go helped heal this particular symptom. I do have pelvic pain radiating to my lower back and penis sometimes, even had electrical shocks going to my legs when it was really bad. At the very least it should get better over time. Pregabalin helps to manage the pain a bit too. The pelvic floor is connected to the abdomen and back muscles. Imbalances there can cause those symptoms and weightlifting/swimming could help you. Swimming relaxes the pelvic floor and strength training improves muscle strength.

      For sure. Glutes & legs also impact it. An ankle instability or feet turning out can cause all kinds of issues. Thanks for sharing you experience and glad this is in the past for you 💪🏻

    My problems with urination are a feeling of urine being choked and sometimes frequent urination, and dribbling at the end of urination, and mild pain that comes and goes in the front part of the lower abdomen. I don't have pain in the back, buttocks, or anus. My problem lies in urination more. If you know useful exercises for this issue, I may have overcome 90% of the problem, and for your information, I feel contractions most of the time in the pelvic and bladder area.
    This case need kegel or reverse kegel ?

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Reverse kegel bro. Reduce tension in that area. Lots of water & fiber to regulate stool. Eat real food only, no sugar bread milk or alcohol. Reduce caffeine. Learn to relax as much as possible.

    Prostatitis. Did anyone have constant redness at penis tip around the hole?

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not uncommon. May be a symptom of urethritis. Redness is an indicator of inflammation, usually.

      I don't notice the redness, but sometimes I feel only the burning at the end of the uretra, not really in the prostate.
      The pain is changing place all the time.
