This why I keep watching Vusi's content. He knows exactly what I am going through. I am building the business so I am playing all roles and putting systems in place as if I was going to hire someone soon.
What i love most about his Masterclass is there plenty of humor. It's not too serious 24/7 which sometimes can make people lose focus or get bored. I never miss any of these because of it.
I love the quadrant breakdown- It's very important to know your block as it informs where you are and scale down the expectation gaps and own self frustrations.
This was my first masterclass and i gained a lot of knowledge. Thank you to Vusi and the team for providing the platform to share and exchange knowledge.
Two books to read to really understand the essence of this master class. Rich Dad Poor Dad and a book by Michael E Gerber called The Entrepreneur Myth.. Thanks VT and your amazing team.
I liked Rich Dad Poor Dad but I think it could have been 2 chapters instead of 10. The actual concept is very simple and i don't think it needed so much about his upbringing in Hawaii.
@@BasementDwellers one of the most practical books on business. there is a case study at the start . there is tips on how to start your business, customers physcology and how to keep going . think i should reread it
@@BasementDwellers if I may add why this books is super important. It teaches entrepreneurs how to set up systems that will allow them not to work in their business but on their business. Not having systems in place is exactly why the "bab khumalo spaza" dies when bab khumalo dies.I'd defenetely recommend this book to every aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.
Love that you don't just tell us "the what", but you give practical examples and "the how". Going to use the Function Area sheet to help make my business more efficient.
I now realise am not alone in this.coz i have found my self so busy always thinking of how my farming would yield more and grow.now i realise it's my duty as an entrepreneur
I appreciate Vusi what you are doing this information you sharing is important. I am running a Kitchen in East London. I am looking forward in scaling and make sure that the business lives when I die one day and my children benefit from it.

This was a very good video. The new perspective I have after watching this is transforming and I realised that as much as I would want to be called an entrepreneur, in truth I am self employed and I have lots of work ahead of me to eventually get the title entrepreneur

Gosh the wealth of knowledge I gain from these classes.....amazing. Thank you so much for breaking down these complex issues to us in a simple and humorous manner. I am a great follower
This was great, I'm at a stage where by after failings many times, I have came up with a strategy of analyzing what could go wrong and what would go right about taking a decision to implementing solution xyz to problem abc. At the back of my mind I feel I have no idea of 40% of what I do, but I have a clear vision of what my goal is and how it will look like/should when I get there, so each second I keep my mind focus and monitoring my progress, attempting to catch issues early possible by making sure everything is aligning to my goal. And getting clarity of things that are being done by those who have been there and realizing, ( I also being doing that too) kind of give one a little confidence and surety that Ill get there too.
