Masterclass: What To Do When It All Goes Wrong

  • Nobody ever tells you what to do when it all goes wrong.
    Advice is often given, but once the initial euphoria wears off and the new aspiring writer tumbles down the steep learning curve, there isn't much practical advice available on how to play the long game, and how not to make the same mistakes over and over again.
    Throughout this masterclass, I hope to fill in these gaps. I've spent a lot of time thinking about this topic because it's one that continues to come up for me.
    Therefore, I'm hoping that if you're struggling with any part of this process, or if you just want some friendly advice, listen in.

    Thanks to this master class, I have learnt that the choice of words realy matter in business and the cost does not always matter for clients. However just to add, In my opinion Anne needs to aquire clever ways to manipulate "his client" to accept his furnitures. These techniques are are found in one of the lessons in the book 48 laws of power by Robert Green.

    Commercial leases in Kenya do not have break (exit) clauses. Parties may however enter into a side letter which may make provisions for termination of the lease at some point during the duration of the lease. Engage proper counsel to look out for some of these provisions.

    I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks. I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

    • @judysamaniego1606
      @judysamaniego1606 ปีที่แล้ว

      Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should've known that by now, nothing beats experience and that's final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again

    • @zahorpitafi7954
