What I learn today:
1. get out of the block
2. Work on and develop yourself
3. Create a system that can operate without you being present.
4. Focus on your value chain.

The benefit drawn from human interactions and relationships is experiential; i don't care if you say you care for others, if from their interactions with you they don't experience that sense of care, then you have conjured up an image of care; it might as well be virtual. I say all that to say this, I have followed Vusi for years, i sense a change in him now, i can feel the care, i see his burden for us to win as he is winning. I never felt it before, i sensed pride in the amount of knowledge he had and dispensed but i never saw the burden of true care till now. When he said he gave up on judgement and operates on empathy now, i believed it. Thank you for endeavouring to help us win Vusi.
