We explain why La Colonia may be a preferable place to live for some than the port side (the beach). The best breakfast in La Colonia was at La Bodega Verde and the worst was at El Manglar and we show you why! Image stabilization is your friend
Thanks for the suggestion. We are getting better, but have a ways to go. Is that something I need to activate on the Canon A6600?
@@TheFourChains Nice camera. I believe it has in body and lens stabilization. I found the menu super confusing on my a6300 yours is similar, and sold it after 5 years. My iPhone 13 pro does a pretty amazing job on 4k video, and stabilization is light years better than are older Sonys imo. I use a Fuji x100v for stills and tripod or very steady short videos. Does yours have the kit lens? Btw I’m here a month, love Puerto Morelos love your videos

The shots are beautiful in your stills, and I bet you get steady shot activated videos will improve dramy
I live here and appreciate your insight, but having spent 20 years in the film industry, I gotta say it would be sooooo helpful if you would take your videos with either a tripod or at least standing still. In the biz we used to jokingly call it 'shaky-cam'. Makes some people nauseous. I actually had to stop watching. I could listen only... but not watch.
I was wondering what camera was used for that reason. I have a cheap Go Pro type cam and it is very shaky also so I don't use it. A good Go Pro or such with a gimble would help right?
We got a tripod finally. We were under the false impression that when holding the camera that would be steadier than a tripod (as opposed to setting the tripod up). You should see immediate improvement as we used it in videos in editing now.
We shoot with three cameras. We have an underwater one for, well,…underwater shots. We have an iPhone and just upgraded to the 14 ProMax, and then we use the Canon A6600. These are all great cameras, but the issue is with the operators and our clueless assumption holding the camera directly is steadier than using a tripod.
