Yep happened to me, after 15 years and 2 kids together. Basically used and abused me for the last 2 years while she was doing her dirt. Scarcity mindset is whack. I believe such issues stem from things such as trauma and chaos. I personally had to do more than just go to the gym. I sought counseling because all I knew is that I was struggling. I had ambition before I got married, but my dreams got killed. But, when it ended, my dreams came back to life. New behavior is indeed abnormal, but it becomes normal when new healthy behavior is normal when the unhealthy behavior is discarded. Chaos is a killer as well. Gotta get away from chaos to improve also.
