Swamp Fever was my second favourite.I loved the whole atmosphere of going into the swamp and battling through the unknown until you bloody and battered finally reach the plantation house.
If I remember correctly, they we're supposed to be the common infected in Swamp Fever but got scrapped, so they we're put in The Passing and replaced by the Mud Men.

When you go noclip, the helicopter you noticed is the similar helicopter of No Mercy and crashed in Whitney County in Crash Course. That's why Dark Carnival is set at nighttime and when it crashed, Swamp Fever sets in dawn similar to Blood Harvest. They rested on a train as a starting point.

The campaign is set in a Louisiana bayou. Traditional Cajun music borrows elements from French folk music, which is largely due in part to Cajuns and Creoles being descended from French settlers.
One of the cool things about Left 4 Dead 2 is that Valve recorded individual themes for each campaign that match the region in which each map is located in. For example, Dead center is set in Georgia and features bluegrass instruments such as the banjo and mandolin; Hard Rain is supposed to be in the Mississippi delta and has dobro and harmonica; and The Parish pays homage to New Orleans jazz with trumpets and clarinet. That's one of the reasons why L4D2 is such an interesting game. The music for each level makes you feel like you're really fighting hordes of zombies in the infected deep south.
