    Great project. The barn wood is amazing, but your tile work is stunning. I especially like the matching ledge in the shower for the soap and shampoo. It's those small details that really make the job unique.

    Nice job in the bathroom, although I wouldn't caulk the drain in that manner, you are sealing off the lower weep holes. Also you may consider doing a waterproof membrane on the walls to protect long term.

Hay if you want a fun challenge i have a bathroom that gave up its life to 4 kids growing up from the age of youngest was 2-4-6-8 and its been going for 14 years I look at it and cry i broke my back in 2005 and cant do any thing that needs to be done to it anyhow i just think your craftsman is just amazing cant wait to see more

    This is a beautiful bathroom and if I were to get this in my house, my GF would never leave the bathroom. Nice job. Only question though is with the shower and the old style wood, is there any worry of mold or rot on the wooden frame over the years of use? Or did you put a sealer on before you install that was like a clear coat?

      Your husband is a rip off, i just did it with high quality tiles and a nice heavy, i mean heavy, duty sliding door for $1600.00

    • @ericaspruill8461
      @ericaspruill8461 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Elizabeth Cortez Without knowing any details its hard to say. You may want to find a carpenter that would work independently by the hour, say 18.00 per hour and you purchase the materials. Wow!!! He could spend 300 total hours or 150 hours per bathroom.

    Beautiful work. Everything turned out top notch. In the future though the flange for the shower pan drain has slits or "weep holes" on the bottom of it designed to carry moister that seeps through the grout and collects on the vinyl liner down the drain. When you seal the flange to the liner the moister has a harder time escaping.
