You can pull up in front of the charger, any parking space will do, and you will see parking spots that are highlighted and you can choose any spot and it will back you up automatically. I do that a lot so I can see how well it does. Centers it 95% of the time
I noticed on FSD it always launches me after the light turns green 😂 I guess even FSD enjoys instant torque 😅
It did it for me about a week ago. I left home with navigation set to SC. The SC is on the 4th floor of a parking garage. My 3 took me from home to the 4th floor, turned down the SC aisle and slowed. I disengaged and the P sign came up. I started the parking process and it did wonderfully.
Good to hear, I’ll try again at a different location.
That is why I installed covers on those floor vents. It was silly that Tesla left them open like that.
So did I. First week.
Check near bottom of door panel, I had a loose plastic piece that I was able to remove
Nice, even nice to now that now in The Netherlands we have to Model Y RWD Long range with a prediction of 372 miles.
You must click report button if fsd take wrong lane.. so tesla get info how fsd need fix better. It is only way develop
I have a 2023 Y and yes. right rear seat area, when I am on a rougher road it is kind of a rattle sound. goes away on a smooth road...
Tesla Tips and Trips, You're so cool! Let's be friends and have fun!
I had an auto park at Tesla Super Charger Station without problems.
I thought you would let it self park, once you were at the chargers. I saw the Icon pop up.
It was accelerating past the Superchargers over the speed bumps, so it was time for the human to get it right. 🤣
@@TeslaTipsTrips🤣 hopefully soon they will get parking lots right
The speed bump thing was pretty funny. Did it not show on the navigation screen?
There was a lot going on, I’ll need to check the video. Thanks for watching!
I agree with your experience: FSD does well on streets. It is not yet trained on parking lots. Backing into parking spaces does work well. FSD does not plan ahead and seems to always use right most of two left turn lanes even if it needs to move to left lane after the left turn. My experience with speed bumps was much better, slows down as I would. Overall a good video. I suggest giving it another try at backing into the charger lane after you navigate to in front of charges area.
So far, we still need humans to control the automation. We still have purpose.
I think the speed bumps were not properly marked.
Is there someone to check with if I haven't received my free month free. Never received the test upgrade for FSD.
Going over speed bumps that fast, doesn’t it mess up alignment?
Maybe, but not necessarily.
Do you have your self driving set for aggressive?
Assertive, yes
I'm not impressed with FSD definitely not ready for robotaxis anytime soon.
I agree with you it does things that I wouldn't do. When navigating to a supercharger it would always camp in slow lane not how I would do it. I would stay in middle or far left lane. It did it twice going to a supercharger , everything was fine it made a left to go into parking lot from main street. It then needed to make another left to go to the superchargers ( even the nav said make a left ) but each time it is set on going right never fails. 😂😂.
When supercharging was done it got me out of the parking lot fine so there is that
FSD is bad in that regard. I noticed sometimes it drives to the opposite end of the parking lot far away from the chargers. Like it doesn't know or care to bring you close to them
Wow I'm in the same spot with my new model 3. Something is rattling on the passenger side and driving me NUTS. I did a video om X asking If anyone knows what it is...
Video coming up for curbed wheels 🤔🤔 let me guess Magbak rim case 😂😂
Nope
I am intrigued 😎👍🏻
No, it won't as we know that FSD currently doesn't have the ability to reverse.
Saved you 11 minutes. You're welcome.
More to it than that. Thanks for watching!
