I just checked their TP reviews, and a lot are saying the cars are meant to have a 99 point check, but complaints about brakes failing, breaking down etc just after buying them!
Fact! These gaffs buy in old shitters at nearly the end of their life. The are often clocked but sold only as a way of making money on the finance. A lot of their mugs, sorry, customers do not understand APR etc and only know how much a week to pay. They would have little idea of the total price of the wreck, sorry, car. Avoid like the plague, which for their mugs, sorry, customers, killed you slowly. A bit like their repayments. Rest in peace

Everyone seemed really nice besides the operations director
Glad you're back.....means the kids are back at school! 😂😂
Yes, they went back Monday but so did I so yesterday was back to filming and then 1st vid from Wednesbury today and then daily at 4pm.
@@DJAUDITS great audit as usual dj the operations director was bang out of order after seeking entry from the sia guard and reception if they haven’t got the authority then they shouldn’t be at front of house as for the poster look false claims as trust pilot is 5 keep going mate
Hiya, I enjoyed that even if you didn't mate. Around the 22.21 mark in the rear of the carpark there looks like what was once a helipad. Any idea what the place was used for previous to these guys moving on site? Cheers.
GDPR....Nobody seems to understand this legislation and incorrectly thinks it applies to everyone.
I’ve just Googled the Welsh sites and the same poster with people collecting their cars are at other locations too.
Yes you are spot on butty
Well spotted 👍
“Listen to your walkie talkie” I want that on a T-shirt 😂
Smoke and mirrors they love to give the impression that they are a top company but it is doubtful.
Another excellent DJ video, one never knows what one is going to get from your vids but they surely are very entertaining, thanks 😊👍
Welcome back dj, good interesting video, looked like a decent bunch apart from that one guy
Any explanation about the photo or the trustpilot score or just deny all knowledge?
We all know what to do ladies and gents! It's review time
20:30 That's the right attitude DJ. Show how much the "ops director" or rather then little twerp annoyed you and walk off in a huff after saying that you could've made some interesting video that could've attracted customers to the business.
£9499 for a 7 year old medium sized Citroen! And they claim to be "probably the cheapest"!
They won't be getting any custom from me.
They've got loads of cars and after that performance they might be keeping them, well folks shall we hit Google review and let our feelings known thanks to the operations manager?, 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Guarantee I won’t be buying a car from this company following this video, that operations manager should not allowed to deal with the public.
We have been to 3 car dealers recently wanting to spend plus £10 thousand ..all said they will call back with more details of car and px etc..none yet have called back.🤔
I noticed most of those cars were 6 to 7 years old ... so they are squeezing the last bit of profit left in those vehicles before the value plummets
That could have been a Brilliant video for the show room... But then it all went very very wrong. Ops Director has a serious problem, he should not be anywhere near a member of the public. The guy who sent him away did a great job, shame he is not the Ops Director, he would be better suited in that role. Cheers DJ.
We had a car from there and was there for hours and ended up paying top dollar , never again
Aww how did I miss this one ! I work just down the road from here. The company near the end of that road constantly has car transporters parked on double yellows unloading unregistered vans/trucks on to public roads.
They block the footpath too. Got into an argument with one when I pushed his door shut to get by.
I tried the one hour purchase at our local car showroom some years ago.
It took nearly an hour to get a price for my old car, I was offered plenty of coffee though.
I picked my new car up several days later. 😂
I knew it sounded too good to be true. So many false claims in one place!
I live around the corner when was this made 😂 love the videos dj....
How can he be like that with a member of public. If you had a pile of cash for a car it would have been different but everyone that goes there must be treated as a customer
I just checked their TP reviews, and a lot are saying the cars are meant to have a 99 point check, but complaints about brakes failing, breaking down etc just after buying them!
Its been a very quiet boring week waiting for the next video after your well earned break. As usual a great audit.👍👍
In Australia, Victoria in particular, a vehicle requires a Roadworthy Certificate which takes more than 1 hour to do.
DJ, at the end of the day, they are only secondhand car salesmen!! 😂
Give Trade Centre a miss. They will tell you one thing until you pay and then something else after.
TrustPilot is 4.5 stars now.
Also 9-9 opening hours is false, that banner at the front said everyday, the other banner said they shut at 6 on weekends. Very naughty.
did it really matter where the picture was taken though
Operations Director: "You're not a customer!"
Damn right I'm not. Not anymore....
"Operations Director" my arse 😂
🤣😜🤣😜 DJ 😭😭 no keyring for the poor fella at the end 🤣
No Way! The threshold was not met on this occasion. 🤣🤣💚💚
If everyone played along ,gave you a warm welcome and explained any questions you had then surely it would have been great advertising.
I thought that all ratings/customer surveys have to have the date those ratings were achieved displayed on the publicity.
For example I am Warwickshire's fastest egg & spoon runner. But I don't list this on my website because this was in 1977! 🥚🤔😂🤣
