    Notice meaning, just to give them heads up right? Not sure bakit hindi pwede gamitin yung leave during render period

    Tama pba Yong ginawa NG amo ko. Pinipilit po kunin Yong risgnation letter kpo. Meron po along pnag tanongan. Kc po Isa po along co owner s isang company po ganito pinipilit kunin sa akin Yong resignation.letter. para de po maibigay Yong 13month pay. Saka dw po Yong 1% Kung makkoha bilang co owner.s isang company. Salamat po Sana po matulongan niyo po aq.

      ART 25 sa pagkakaintindi ko may hiwalay na Rules and Regulations issued by Secretary of Labor. Maybe nandun nakalagay ang tungkol sa pagbabayad dahil hindi nag render.

    Paano kung ang employer mo unang araw pa Lang Ng pasok mo na nakasaad sa kontrata Ng trabaho mo ang 30 days noticed pero Sabi Ng employer mo kahit Hindi na natin sundin ang 30 days noticed SA akin Sabi Ng employer Hindi Naman kailangan na sundin na yan... Tapos ng umalis na sa companya ANG empledo nagpaalam Naman ang empleyado biglang bawi at ngayon kakasuhan nya Ng AWOL ang empleyado?

      Eh ganun tlaga...harapin na lang yan...kwento mo yan...bka mas kapanipaniwala siguro ang kwento ng EMPLOYER mo...ganunpaman...haharap nman ikaw sa cross EXAMINATION...kung totoo yang mga pinag ku kwento mo d2 or hindi...kaya harapin mo n lng yan😅

    Atty. Ask q lng po pano po sa case q aqo po ay private teacher the i resign earlier and with notice of 30 days but the school does not allow me to resign and they reply me that if i will nor finished my contrat they will revoke my licens

    What if po kung yung reason mo is about your health condition .. Ok lng po ba kaya n di n sundin yung 30 days notice at makukuha p rin yung last pay and 13th month pay?

      Then provide med cert to ur employer to justify ur act...That u have serious illness na pwding maapektuhan ang pag wowork mo...then dats the time na somehow pwding hndi mo na sundin yung 30 days notice...pero kng simpleng sakit lng trangkaso, ubo, sipon, dizziness, at kaartihan lng yang sakit mo...DEFINITELY, pwd ka pa din habulin ng employer mo for the damage for not rendering 30 days...

    pano po kung nag rendered kana ng 30 days notice tpos di pa sila naka hanap ng kapalit mo pero may tinuruan ka naman para sa daily work mo dati but di pa nila binibigay yong final.pay like remaining salary at 13th month.

    Mayroon lang po sana akong itatanog tungkol sa employer ko kung maba-block ba ako sa DOLE kung nag AWOL ako sa trabaho ko pero wala naman po akong pinermahan na kahit ano, at tsaka 1 and half month pa po lang po ako sa Trabaho. Maba-Block Po ba parin?
