Anyone else hear some influence of the Route One music in here? When I saw this live, I swear it put me into the most calming trance. Although, it may have been the jetlag catching up with me.
Yes, I can definitely recognize parts of the vocal samples from Route One. And if I remember correctly, wasn't that generated with the stems from Ovedur?
Me too. I'm doing my best to stay patient. I'm amazed they've managed to write new material at all given their superhuman touring schedule on top of the Liminal project, scoring, Magic Leap collaboration, putting on a music festival... Not to mention the reinterpretations of older material. This tour's version of Staralfur in particular just destroys me, and that's a song I've probably listened to hundreds of times over the years.
