Fisherman's dinner

We decided to go fishing in December to try and catch some carp or tench for the Christmas meal, but unfortunately we didn't have any luck. So we had time and we cooked our dinner. The seasoned and marinated beef was deep fried in the oil for 3 minutes and it was eaten as a hotdog. I have to say in the minus 3 degrees celsius it really hit the spot. I call the food, "The desperate fishermans meal". And we also had a cup of cooked wine. It was an amazing experience.
