They are fun to drive - seriously! They are so light they take off quick - they corner well and your butt is like inches off the road so 50 mph feels like 70!

17 saturns doesn't seem like something worth collecting to me but that's the beauty of collecting. It's personal and you get what you want without caring what others think. I bet she would look at my collection of vintage hifi with a complete lack of interest.
that is the best part of collecting. if everyone collected the same things it would be a pretty mundane world haha i love my saturns and for the vintage hifi collection, that is pretty cool! i love music and collect record players, records and more!
@@saturngingerpunk in hindsight my original reply reads as a bit mean spirited. I don’t have anything against saturns they just aren’t something I would collect.
Some people just have more money than they have sense, letting legendary cars sit and rot should never happen, cars of that level are made to be driven, not parked. It's a sad thing.
I dearly miss my Saturn SC2, it was hands down the best vehicle I ever owned. Even after leaving it sitting in my driveway for 6 years, after a quick battery charge, it started right up! Even with crappy ethanol-filled gas sitting in the tank for 6 years. I had that thing until it literally stopped running in 2014 after buying it in 1999.
Bought my ‘96 SC2 used in 2000, still driving it today. Absolutely the most reliable car I’ve owned. We also have a Chevy Cruze POS and a Mazda CX9, and both of those are 13+ years newer and have cost more in repairs than my Saturn ever has in 23 years. 😂
My dad's first car was a 5 door chevette. He bought it brand new for $4700 CAD in the late '70's. a few years later, a person who was drinking and driving totaled the chevette. Thankfully my dad was okay. To replace it, he got himself a brand new 1983 v6 firebird. He later sold it in 1988 when he had more kids than back seats. Really puts in perspective for me the people who swear up and down they need either a mini van or a gigantic suv or truck just because they have one or two kids. 4 person family can easily live a good life with 4 seats. Luxuries like towing a trailer need not apply.
Saturn's are so unappreciated. They are a easy to maintain cheap car with an absolutely bulletproof drivetrain. They are one of my most beloved car brands that I have never had the opportunity to own. My best friend had one for 7 years that he bought for $500 and absolutely abused. It just kept trucking along without hesitation and will probably do so until the end of time. Fantastic vehicle that is never recognized for it's amazing reliability and fabulous engineering.
Hey, it’s not too late to buy one and have fun with it! Look for elderly-owned s-series cars being sold for cheap, or just folks selling cheap who don’t appreciate the car. I picked up a super clean SW2 last year with 112k miles and the only problems it had was a dead cooling fan motor and a chattering electric door lock that kept draining the battery. I bought it for $750 and replaced the lock switch for $13 and the fan motor for ~$40. We’ve put about 6k miles on it since and it’s been picture perfect. I gave it to my teen, and with basic maintenance there’s no reason it shouldn’t last him another 150k miles or more. 😊
They're also perfect winter cars because nearly every panel is either plastic or fiberglass making them pretty much rustproof...should have made more AWD options though. Would have given Subaru a run for their money in the economy classes.
Actually we had 11 of them and I had one arriving the day he passed away. Paul's Idea was to control the LTW market so we could set our own prices. We had one with only 78 miles on it, they are such a great spec of vehicle! For those wondering Paul's favorite cars were older bmws, especially the 2002s. The e36 M3 was his favorite generation of modern bmw so the LTW market was a must. Love seeing the content Donut! -Aaron Gallardy former Specialty Sales Manager of Always Evolving and close friend to Paul Walker 😎🙏🏼
I remember visiting Bob McDorman’s Corvette collection when a buddy of mine was a salesman there. We did color guard for Lee Greenwood during a concert hosted at the dealership. Bob was very patriotic!
AAaayy man THANK YOU! this was so enjoyable and fun to watch that now I'm more than 100% sure that im getting an E36!! If P.W. was way more obssesed with those than his iconic R34, thats a yes for me too hahaha!!!
Back in late 1997, my friend was buying a brand new M3 Coupe based on my recommendation and I went with him to the dealership to pick it up and I’ll never forget there was a still brand new M3 Lightweight on the showroom floor that had apparently been in stock for nearly 2 years(!) I remember the box of extra parts and graphics that hasn’t been put on that particular still being in the trunk (which had a lot of exposed metal for “lightweight” versus the regular E36’s). We were laughing about the fact that BMW had the nerve to take away all the extras …..and then charge you more! Anyways, M3’s back then sold at full sticker price and were significantly rarer than they are today but the salesman said they would discount the LW significantly to move it
Atta boy Justin! You look a lot more comfortable doing these videos than at the beginning of your Donut career. Great job buddy! Also, where's Pumphrey at? I remember working at Charles Evans BMW in Duluth GA and there were at least 2 of these BMW M3 Lightweights for sale. I remember a 9 quart oil pan being in the trunk for the owner to install.
I had one of the S series Saturns with a set of Momos in a 5sp manual. I bought it for 7 or 800 cash. Might not of been the best car ive ever owned but it was defenitely one of the best purchases ive ever made in my life. Lasted way longer than it should have and took series abuse.
As a bmw e36 owner myself, I am confused and a little bit sad about the Titel. You clearly didn’t tell us why he had 5. just that he loved them. This didn’t explain why he got 5 examples of the same car. I love your content- but pls correct that, thanks!
That Miataland is no joke. I just googled it and it's a legit, boutique vacation package at a beautiful location and not just there with the Miata theme as a gimmick. Glimmering 5-star review with people leaving there happy even those that are not car people
13:22 i actually went there for my 17th birthday. What was most heartbreaking about it though was the sinkhole (iirc) that happened, destroying several of the Corvettes. Most of them i dont think were salvageable. But i would 10/10 recommend going there if youre a car nerd. I loved it.
The Sultan of Brunei also has 76 Ferrari 456’s. 62 are normal models, 6 are custom built sedans, 2 are custom spider versions and 6 are custom station wagon versions.
I remember going to Barrett Jackson in Scotsdale AZ is January 2021, and they had shown Paul Walker's entire collection. And there was indeed 5 M3 LTWs.
My fantasy car collection would be all Buicks. 53 skylark convertible, '67 2 door wildcat, '70 GSX stage 1, any stage 2 gs, '87 GNX, '98 Riviera, '02 slp gsx, many of the concept cars but in particular the Blackhawk, a '71 Riviera, Electra 225...
We have multiple, multiples of select cars in our collection. 3 Lucid’s 3 Torino Talladega Cobra Jets 3 Vipers 6 Challenger Hellcat/SuperStock/Demon variants + a Trackhawk and a custom Hellaphant Roadrunner SEMA build 4 retired NASCARS And a swath of many more, all American cars….
Speaking of corvettes, idk if you all would ever make the trip out to BG KY to do any videos with our lil museum (or be present for LS Fest in late summer every year) but we'd love to see you guys out here! Our minor league baseball team is even named the Hot-Rods.
The Corvette is my favorite car ever, the 63 Stingray Split window coupe with the 327 "fuelie" mechanically fuel injected car in sky blue metallic 4 speed manual is my absolute dream car. If I could I'd have every year Corvette in every trim level available
This guy Tony near me used to own one of them E36's. I was younger and remember seeing it around in the early 2000's when i was like 13ish years old. He loved that car and out of all his cars hes ever owned/owns, this is the one he regrets selling.
Aweeeeee we had a cherry red SVX (not the dumb maroon red) when I was in 6th grade, but had to get rid of it because it would die sometimes WHEN ACCELERATING from a stop which could kill you. Took it to 2 Subi dealers, and a handful of other mechanics that couldn't fixed it (some thought they did for a week or two then it'd die again). Ironically the guy we sold it to fixed it the week he bought it. There's also one of those green ones you showed at the end sitting behind some weird shack on my delivery route! I want another!
Justin, I too would collect a bunch of Subarus. If I strike it rich, I’ll hire you as my curator. I’ll need an Alcyone, a yellow ‘98 GT-B limited, and an S402 wagon to get me started. Oh, and a Grand Wagon with the dual-range! And… eh, you get it.
I’m currently working in the old Spring Hill, Tennessee Saturn plant right now, they converted it to a GM plant and now make Cadillac xt4/5, lyrq and gmc Acadias

He goes for days on the open road, but he has a wife. She was a model around the world. She was on posters. He used to have a poster of her in his garage, and then he met her! Can you believe it?!
AND
She asked him to marry her! And he didn't even want to.But she's beautiful, but she's dying.
She's sick but she's hangin in there.
She's gonna get better.
I had a 95 E36 m3, black on black, vsw wheels, leather seats with read stitching, m3 styled tri color stitched steering wheel, halo headlights, smoked corners, euro tail lights, a black checked flag on the hood and fender UNDER the clear coat. Ahhhhhhh. The memories. My first tuner. Sold it about 12 or 13 years ago.
Finally Justin gets a show!
He will forever be remembered as a true car enthusiast and an inspiration to all who share his love for automobiles.🌹
Justin is the dude, great video!
Send Jimmy to MiataLand and let him film it all. Cut an episode and it will be FIRE.
@@saturngingerpunk i might have made my collection of mainly broken junk sound more sophisticated than it is 😀
@@saturngingerpunk in hindsight my original reply reads as a bit mean spirited. I don’t have anything against saturns they just aren’t something I would collect.
I really hope James is doing okay. He's my favorite host.
You guys'd better be taking care of him, y'hear?
What happened to him ?
@@jamesmartinez740
Dunno, but he hasn't been in a video for a really long time...
Kids a junkie and a terrible host. Hopefully he doesn’t come back.
Some people just have more money than they have sense, letting legendary cars sit and rot should never happen, cars of that level are made to be driven, not parked. It's a sad thing.
Day 716 of asking Donut to bring old B2B back
Clear sign that you can’t move on, sounds like a skill issue
I’m so glad Justin joined the team. He fits perfectly in with the guys
Surely do a road trip around AUS one day and bring some of those cars that’d be epic
I'd rather see them do a round Aus trip in a WB ute.
Justin is really starting to shine, he’s such a geek and we love it.
I collect Saturns too! I even have a chalkboard painted one!
Just watching the first 50 seconds of this video I I know it’s going to be a good one. Content has definitely improved!👍
Still doesn't compare to the OG stuff
@@ischwhit6747 That’s true, it probably won’t be on the same level of entertainment as old b2b and up to speed.
Donut has become super meh. I watch because a video dropped but I’m fucking bored…
Justin’s doing great! Proud of how far he’s come.
The 2002 is such an awesome car.
how did you feel about paul's dating history of dating teenagers when he was an adult? pretty sus bro

100 Corvettes is impressive.
I wonder if people shot themselves in the foot for not buying those CSL M3 models?
There is only so much content you guys can do. Respect
Justin doing his thing! Well done, sir and great video!
I’m getting Scotty Kilmer vibes from this energy level and I like it.
Haven't seen him in videos lately, is he doing okay or just on vacation? He's got a feller worried about him.
-From your available personal support Canadian 😂
also, if it were me id be collecting crown vics, town cars, marauders, grand marquis'... some would be lowriders, some would have huge wheels and lifts, some would be a sporty 4 door... oh what money could do... and they say money cant buy happiness. well it sure buys alot of things that make me happy
Justin has come along way...man looks like he been doing this forever!!! Chapeau
Really disappointed the episode isn't actually about the LTW
Highly recommend going to the National Corvette Museum if you’re in the area. I went once for a corvette museum delivery. The ice cream there is SO good.
You all need to do another one of these featuring my buddy Chaz. He has owned like 20+ Subaru foresters, one of which is a rwd drift car, another is fully built making 700hp+ and many more!
11:00 having two cars and dealing with reg is already a hassle, but 90 FRIGGIN CARS?! What a nightmare, a fast V10 powered nightmare.
Man, I would collect a bunch of Land Rovers. Your first car brand has a soft spot in your heart
Yo Justin turning up the heat. It’s been super dope to see how everyone has Grown comfortable into their role at donut.
We got James with up to speed(they even reshot this first one)
Nolan being all shy like a little bro
Seeing the bromance between Zach and Jerry has been fun to watch
And now Justin coming in holding his own fuck yea man !!!
I remember working at Charles Evans BMW in Duluth GA and there were at least 2 of these BMW M3 Lightweights for sale. I remember a 9 quart oil pan being in the trunk for the owner to install.
I used to have between 5 to 8 '67 to '73 SAAB 95s & 96s. Seemed like nobody had just one of those. I miss'em!
I had one of the S series Saturns with a set of Momos in a 5sp manual. I bought it for 7 or 800 cash. Might not of been the best car ive ever owned but it was defenitely one of the best purchases ive ever made in my life. Lasted way longer than it should have and took series abuse.

@@cenciende9401 HAD. i blew that shit up
As a bmw e36 owner myself, I am confused and a little bit sad about the Titel.
Glimmering 5-star review with people leaving there happy even those that are not car people
I love my Saturn SC2! It runs like a champ!
I had a 2005 Saturn Vue Redline and it's my favourite car I've ever owned. I can't explain it!
13:22 i actually went there for my 17th birthday. What was most heartbreaking about it though was the sinkhole (iirc) that happened, destroying several of the Corvettes. Most of them i dont think were salvageable. But i would 10/10 recommend going there if youre a car nerd. I loved it.
I owned a 1994 Saturn SC2 manual and I loved it
The Sultan of Brunei also has 76 Ferrari 456’s. 62 are normal models, 6 are custom built sedans, 2 are custom spider versions and 6 are custom station wagon versions.
Love people who buy cars and keep them locked away and never drive them. Thats true passion!
3 Lucid’s
3 Torino Talladega Cobra Jets
3 Vipers
6 Challenger Hellcat/SuperStock/Demon variants + a Trackhawk and a custom Hellaphant Roadrunner SEMA build
4 retired NASCARS
And a swath of many more, all American cars….
Speaking of corvettes, idk if you all would ever make the trip out to BG KY to do any videos with our lil museum (or be present for LS Fest in late summer every year) but we'd love to see you guys out here! Our minor league baseball team is even named the Hot-Rods.
I just watched one of you videos on the repair and maintenance costs for the f1, so the fact the ol boy had 10 is wild
