    The fireplace is perfectly placed. The great room has a slick flow and the natural colors create a clean aura of sunny freshness. The primary suite with the sliding glass door is genius placement. Location is everything, this penthouse terrace roof tops it all off., It's dreamy - Ryan you did it again!

    I hope you or Enes or even Erik tour the triplex penthouse at Central Park Tower. 129-131 with that big terrace facing the city and central park. That is a penthouse I want to see a tour of some time later this year. I know it's not ready but I know it's almost ready and probably will be some time in the spring

    Nice apartment in CPW, but IMHO this one was grossly overvalued at $11 Million. I believe it is worth closer to between $5.5 Million to $8 Million at its highest. One of the biggest plusses for this apartment, though, is that it's a Condominium building not a Co-Op building (if I'm not mistaken). Which would mean, no onerous complicated intrusive Co-op Board approval required to acquire the property.

    I'll pay $11M for the chairs. Throw in the condo!

      My eyes never deceive me when it comes to property value... I always know when someone is trying to screw me over.... its a sixth sense.

    Hello, Ryan. Branislav Urban from Serbia, Europe here. I was just wondering how much is a price difference betwen this appartment on the , let say, first flor without this view and where is it now. Thank you for answer. P.S. Great video!

      Hi Branislav! According to data from Streeteast, unit 2A in this building sold for 2.55 million in 2017, with a little less than half the square footage in the unit. Thanks for the question! - Cody

    $11M for a washer/dryer in a closet! Sorry Ryan that didn’t impress me - I don’t care if it’s NYC that’s ridiculous to me.

    • @fidel2xl

      The price dropped to around $8.5 Million, and the listing has been temporarily removed. It wouldn't surprise me if the price dropped even further in the coming months.

    At the same time in NY 13% of people live in poverty. No universal healthcare, no free education, little taxes for the rich,...You can use this penthouse to take a selfie as on of the options...really?

    • @gabrielp931
      @gabrielp931 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nope sorry not in NY you must be talking about the republican states. We New Yorkers also fund the welfare checks of the republican states. If these Red state leeches stop draining our funds we can provide more for our residents.

      @@gabrielp931 Read a bit more about Europe. Here all political parties are for all those basic necessities. AOC who is "extreme left or communist" in the US would be left of center here. Talking about money is something that is badly looked upon by most people in Europe. In the Us (including NY) your net worth means everything!
