Remove all those useless books and turn this into a party house since it has a pool on top. Add some party lights on the roof and charge $10,000 per night, 5 days a week. That's $2.4M a year. Charging almost 20 million for this is ridiculous unless its to own permanently and even then the buyer won't get their money back for 7 years
