- Just a simple video making a cappuccino (latte style - milk first for layering) with my Dolce Gusto. I had a Tassimo, but did not like the chemical tast from the milk discs and the Dolce froths so much better and tastes great!

Yes, drinks are very hot. However, it also does cold for iced capps.
I am very fond of this video, because in mid-2010 I discovered Feist through it! Thank you very much!!!
She is great, glad you like the video...and Feist.
I am deffinitely buying one of those...cheers from a university student...
thanks for the easy guide video. always wondered how it worked.
Just bought one of these at a thrift store for $10, pump still works great.
Hi love mine doesn't pour gutted wheres the pump .could it be that can anyone please help 🙏
it is 1,2,3,4.. by Feist.
It was used by Apple for their iPod Nano commercial.
I got a dolce gusto for christmas... It's bloody brilliant! Wish costco carried the pods though.
I am in Toronto, Wal-Mart carries them as well as most grocery stores.
Hope you enjoy it. :)
Yes it does! lol
I usually get mine while grocery shopping at Metro/A&P
Or sometimes at Walmart
@undegaard When I want quality I use my espresso machine, when I want a quick latte or capp, I use the Dolce and when I want coffee I use my Keurig.
I JUST BOUGHT THE SAME ONE !!! THE BEST THING ON EARTH lol
@efthlouk I prefer the Dolce over the Tassimo. As I said mainly for the taste, and also it tends to do a better job at both frothing the milk and pulling the shot. I usually use my Rancilio espresso machine, but the Dolce works great when I'm in a pinch for time or just plain not in the mood to grind and pull shots manualy.
It is, as you said, somewhat limited in selection though.
@adampollack I was talking about the Cappucino capsules... the machine was a gift from my parents for my new place
@grizzlycheerchick I have it and I don't have sugar in my coffee either. I was surprised at how strong the coffees are. Sugary...hm, maybe only the milk capsules you need for Latte/Cappuchino but hey, feel free to replace them with real milk instead. This is a great machine, I love mine to bits. Especially good value for money. Merry christmas.
Great tune.. Kinda lifts ya! :)
@grizzlycheerchick I don't think it is too sugary and I don't use sugar in my coffee lol. It is a good machine for easy capps and lattes, BUT if what you want is coffee then get a Kurieg. Much better coffee and over 140 flavours.
The Docle is perfect if you want Capps and Lattes but can't afford or don't want an actual espresso machine. I use a real espresso machine now for milk based drinks and a Kurieg for coffee, but I did enjoy this machine!
Hope this helps, Good luck!
I enjoy watching this video.
porq a mi no me queda asii, con los 2 colores separados!!
Just bought one in charity shop £3.99 😊😊
@umpus ...LOL, that's funny. I am in Canada. That is the standard North American 110v outlet
you need to use the cold water option for the Milk
Yes it is the one that comes in the box, 220 oz I think.
@sigfrid LOL, you are right. I never noticed my typing error. Thanks.
I really want this for Christmas but I have heard different opinions about it. Does it make good coffee? Is it too sugary like people say? And finally is it worth the money that it takes to buy the machine and then the capsules? Thank you so much! Great video
ty for the guide : D
Thanks for posting! I noticed Walmart is selling refurbished ones for around 39 bucks. I was initially going to buy the Keurig, but every video on YT seems to be how to repair them! Then there's the Tassimo...the Mr Coffee....I'm really confused now... lol
@ToneLoc311 I find that to b e true with most things. Most people will take the time to criticize and complain about something, but not to compliment or praise it.
Human nature I think.
All of the people I personally know with one enjoy it, some more than others.
It doesn’t work when I slide the button
Where can I ask
@HeavenScent2110 Hope you like it! Cheers.
Here in Brasil these machines are made by Arno, interesting.
@kiddy1992 The Nespresso is a better machine yes, But 3 - 4 times the cost.
@o0dekker0o Um...yeah, Did you read the video description?
Yes I am aware i am using a latte glass, it was so you can see the layering (as the description says "latte style")
Also a cappuccino is not smaller then a latte, rather has less steamed milk and more frothed. The only way in which a capp and latte differ is the milk/foam/espresso ratio.
Good clip!!
One question because I am also planning to buy such a coffee machine:
What is the cupsize? Is that an original Dolce Gusto Latte Machiato cup?
That looks pretty damn tasty. What's the coffee like compared to say typical instant coffee.
@undegaard So what your saying is...You prefer the Nespresso?
If you want real quality espresso, get yourself a nice semi-auto machine like the Rancilio Silvia and a good quality grinder to match and buy your beans fresh every few days and grin what you need when you need it, however. That's not what we are talking about.
The Nespresso is no better than most other single serve one button machines on the market, however over priced and capsules are difficult to get and require joining a club.
do u add any water? urgent!!!!!
What is that song
So there is a so called coffee maker what basically pushes out the ready milk and coffee from a plastic container ? :) How much it cost you ? :)
whats the name of the song?
Yes, real condensed milk with a foul taste from the condensing process. (At least that is what the general consensus is among online reviews and my own experience)
Also the Dolche uses slightly sweetened milk, really good for the overall flavor of the drink.
Question: doesn't it seem a little wasteful to be throwing away two capsules for each cup of coffee? If we all did this, that would be a lot of garbage, no?
Second question: where are you buying your capsules?
Cheers
The tassimo does have a much better selection, but the milk discs over power the taste of the espresso. I was sold on the Dolce after having one from it. The taste was better, the foam was way better. I only use it for the cappuccino and lattes so for me the Dolce is better, but once I get a real espresso machine (Christmas) I will trade the Dolce for a Keurig as they have the best selection of coffees, but don't do milk based ones.
Enjoy the Tassimo!
@Audicy1 220 oz would be a crapload, probably 22.
what's that song??? :D
Nice vid, but it's a bit paradoxal, since you make a cappuccino in a latte macchiato glass. A cappuccino is much smaller. You should use the macchiato capsules. I cannot tell if you're actually doing that...
What country is this? The plug looks like a little shocked face haha.
@duelwow 1,2,3,4, by Feist.
@OneMileyCyrusFanVlog what did you pay for it?
Какой же может быть натуральный кофе в капсулах, только из-за капсул купил кофеварку другой фирмы производителя, так которая делает кофе под тем же давлением но из натурально молотого кофе...
The music ruins it - I wanted to hear what the machine sounded like before I bought it, not what some overtune sounded like!
The video is 10 years old lol. They dont even make them anymore. It sounds like any other one button coffee machine. I'm sorry I didn't make an video just for you to research buying something that's not made anymore a decade in advance lol.
@grizzlycheerchick hi i just got this machine and ist super and i also got the tassimo and i like this one better than the tassimo the coffee is great and you can make cold drink me i like it and if you think a late a small one is 3or4$ ist a good investment now the only one left if the kurieg and il ave the set lol hope this help
Cuidado!
Caution! The way that the author prepared the cappuccino let him loose! The time of preparation of the milk until it is normal, but the second ingredient... 34s? Recommend a maximum of 21s. Be warned, if you don't not like this drink weak.
Um... To the coffee? No. But of course the machine needs to be filled up. :p
it's latte :)
@MaIeshna Not really sure what your saying, Are you saying you need two capsules to make one coffee? You must be doing something wrong. Then you say it is too complicated? This and the Tassimo are the simplest machines on the market. It doesn't get any easier than this.
Sorry you didn't like your experience, but again, you must be doing something wrong.

Tassimo uses real milk not powderd milk
Real milk ??? Are you kidding ?
@findyj Hmm...Odd, you say I am foul mouthed, yet I did not once swear. You did not answer the questions you have been called on because you are lying. I am dying to know how you magically make the coffee grinds appear in your mystical machine without going through the step of first putting them in via a pod, disc, capsule or what have you.
I asked you to name one of these machines you speak of that are "literally" only one button, but you didn't.
And IF you hate the dolce so much, WHY WATCH IT
You call it a cappuccino ...
Cuidado! Do jeito que o autor fez fica muito fraco! O tempo do preparo do leite até está normal, mas em relação ao segundo ingrediente, poxa, 34s? Recomendo no máximo 21s. Fica o alerta!
Caution! The way that the author prepared the cappuccino let It loose! The time of preparation of the milk until it is normal, but the second ingredient..., hey, ~34s? Recommend a maximum of 21s. Be warned!
Haha that's where I'm going wrong.
I'm putting my cappuccino capsule in and thinking it just tastes of milk not realising that I have to put a coffee one in after the foam 😂😂😂😂😂
LOL, that's funny! Hope the next one tastes better. Cheers.
drkRoss Much better than instant, but then again, pee tastes better than instant coffee lol.
