Worth noting that Daylight balanced filmstocks (like 50D) have different notches on the cartridge that totally disengages that switch (the sun and the lightbulb). So don't worry about the position of that switch if you're shooting Daylight filmstocks. Then you just shoot on the Lightbulb for indoors when using Tungsten filmstocks (500T etc) and the Sun for when you take that Tungsten filmstock outdoors.
Hi :) I just got this camera. I was wondering if it’s maybe not working properly. When I look through the viewfinder and slightly press the recording button the number lights up. I assume this is the light meter and should change but there is no move on numbers even this pointing the camera at different types of lights. Is this a sign it’s broken?
Just found one "Canon 1014 xls" in my granduncle things. Want to sell it. Someone interested ? (brand new, with microphone, cartridge and everything). Also found "Super 16 Pathé Webo" and a "Kodak EK8 Instant Camera".
