SUNDAY - Stretch/Cardio/Meditation
Core and Abs, Stretch and Cardio everyday except on Leg Day

Nice. I train 5 out of 10 days. Style is taking last set to failure and beyond when possible (rest pause, drop sets).
Day 1: Chest and arms
Day 2: Quad dominant leg day, calves
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Shoulders and Traps
Day 6: Hamstring dominant rest day, calves
Day 7: Rest
Day 8: Rest
Day 9: Back Day
Day 10: Rest
This is sustainable for me and helps me recover. Some of the exercises that I do such as 20 rep breathing squat are taxing on the body, the rest days make sure I don't snap. I do 22 to 25 min cardio on incline walk after weights, except Quad dominant leg day.

I’m very fortunate to have put together my garage home gym back in 2018 before covid.
I have my cage, a barbell, plates, a bench, just purchased a cable attachment for the cage! All the basics, nothing fancy but it’s the on thing that’s been keeping me going. It’s my meditation.
The winters get cold in Canada. My garage gets to -10 even as low as -20 as it’s not insulated but that doesn’t stop me. I bring my barbell inside after every workout as to avoid touching freezing steel 🥶

I don't have a gym near me. I just drive my Jeep in the mountains every day and do curls/ pushups till I physically can't. Ive been doing it for the past month. Sometimes I really let the anger get to me and work out till I almost pass out. The good thing about the mountains is you can yell and swear at the top of your lungs and no one will know. I love the mountains. You can shoot your guns recreationally in the mountains, fly a drone, drift and rally your vehicle. It's pure joy up here in Colorado. I don't have a gym but I can say I'm blessed to live in the mountains and have my own Jeep. Sorry city people but your missing out. Just don't freaken move to the small towns. Not to mention I hunt for my own food and get deer meat that will last half a year for one person. High protein, not that good tasting, pure venison. Im a second amendment activist. Sorry Biden voters. I'm the manager of my local grocery store so I know everyone who lives here. I get to talk to them during the winter, but during the summer the people from Texas invade the town. That's a good thing cause most of the stores income is from those country folk. Sometimes I'll camp for weeks just to get the appreciation of the beautiful mountains of Color Rad Doe.

Like steroids don't magically give you muscles, they just let you achieve more than your natural genetic potential. It's still up to you to do the work, the weight doesn't get lighter. A lot of people in America on test, yet very few that look like the Rock, because he trains harder than anyone else.
Not everyone can get these results on any cycle or stack. His particular stack allows him to reach his genetic potential, but I have to wonder what kind of damage is occurring to his heart. Steroids have proven to thicken the cardiac walls. This is the silent killer of all bodybuilders.
