  • Julie, a personal trainer at local Jupiter Florida gym, Loggerhead Fitness, shows us how to do the Plate Pass.This is a great way to add weight to your core workout. Start by lying on the floor with the plate in your hands, arms extended behind your head, and legs straight. Bring the arms and hands together and pass the plate to your legs. Being careful to keep your shins parallel to the floor so the plate doesn't slide, extend your arms and legs out. bring your arms and legs back together and pass the plate back to your hands. Repeat for 10 to 20 reps.
