Hey, there, I'm so very, very sorry you had to go to that c*** Hola, but honestly I think you made the right decision you gotten do a new job. You realized that this was bad, it was sewage. It wasn't gonna change that happened to me. I taught it a school last year for 1 year. Brand new job very, very toxic. I really really like the students I worked with. But unfortunately the grown-ups that weren't grown-ups at all. You know same gig so I left. That's that's the best way before you get to emotionally attached or anything like that. But again my apologies you had to go through that. if you know anybody else who has sent them over to my channel, I'm trying to get a 1000 subscribers that way we can start doing live chats and live feeds and help people.

I've endured 7 years of this, I am finally in a position to get out and Im getting therapy. I am finding that not many people understand and not many believe (or better said, can grasp) the magnitude of hidden viciousness going on. I tried to reach out many times but I've mostly been told to "not take it personally", "surely its not that bad", "its not meant against you", "oh, it's like that everywhere you go..."... Yet these people did their very best to destroy my career and reputation. FTR, I never let myself go, I stayed professional till the very end, I never let it affect my work... Yet for some reason, although people outside my workplace mean well, they don't understand how EXHAUSTING this has been, what a toll it took on my wellbeing and that it's actually a small miracle I am getting out. My therapist is excellent though, so I can finally get some support.

    Some bystanders understand.
I've been in a year-long battle standing up against a coworker who has been relentlessly bullying another coworker.
    It has been HELL.
My boss (who is also the bully's boss) has said things to me like, "I think it's admirable that you want to stand up for the 'little people'", and that seemed like the biggest consolation statement, and so all I said back was, "Well, somebody has to".
It has not been easy. I've had a grievance filed back against me by the bully calling me "a bully" (just like you said!).
And this poor victim keeps getting smeared. And to avoid accountability the bully also continuously bad-mouths the boss to make her out to be a "heartless leader who doesn't care and won't listen to you anyway". The bully does this with every new person, vilifies the boss so that nobody will feel confident enough to speak out.
Well, I was the first person to choose not to believe her. I chose to believe that the boss would listen.
So it's been a year of trying to show everyone the truth-- the boss isn't a monster, but one of the coworkers IS; The target isn't incompetent, she's been sabotaged and framed by the bully coworker.
Before I arrived, this person (and her groupies/mob) drove away two people, and since I've arrived another person has left. The target is such a STRONG person (probably why she was targeted). She's wanted to quit multiple times and keeps sticking it out. She says that she's never had someone stand up against it with her and she wants to see it out to the end.
Wish me luck. It's still ongoing.

I wrote it after my experience dealing with this bully at work. And then I put it on an album with six other workplace topical songs and handed it out to EVERYONE at work (about 100 copies). I've had ZERO negative repercussions from this, and I'm actually a little surprised by that. I figured upper management would have seen it as disruptive. Everyone seemed to like it.

Do yourself a favor and get out of there. I know you think it’s a battle you can win but understand your superiors got their positions by stepping on people. They didn’t get the job because of their education or their great leadership. Don’t let their degrees fool you, they’re wolves in sheep’s clothing, master manipulators and seasoned sociopaths. They love workplace drama because it gives them a chance to assert authority.

  • @mikejones9906

Had a co-worker, just a horrible, terrible person in general. Everyone hates her, so what does the boss do? Turns her into a manager lol. The lady starts implementing all these new rules, still a terrible person but she's bumping heads with the Boss constantly. What was confusing me is the boss was implementing all of her suggestions even though he consistently admitted to how terrible of person she is. Then I started to understand the manipulation and they've been in cohoots to mess with me and get under my skin. This was going on for a while, I finally quit yesterday as I've been planning my escape for a while. People tell you to ignore it but it will just intensify, when you know it's going on just quit. No two week notice, just get the hell out. Explain what happened to your new employer and trust me in all likelihood they will empathize with you.

Human resources hires people in. 6 steps of middleman coworkers all set in place . It's called a set up. Management will change rules and regulations where "it fits" . It's called changing the goal post. How about the dog chasing the tail tactic. It's when a worker goes to the one above them. Let's them know what just happened. They send you to human resources. She takes the info, passes it to the one manipulating and managing the harm. He then knows you know what is going on. They then have to change it up. After that you'll notice some leave . They let go of the ones associated with the first round. That way they can say, well the one that left was in charge of that and they aren't here any more. So nothing will be done. In the mean time they have recruited more people to harm. Over and over and over again. Report and nothing is done. Ask for a transfer? They stall for a month , letting it seem like they are working on it. The only thing they work on is finding another person to replace you. They keep the lie going for 4 weeks and actually have ypu train the new employees. Two, because that's how many it would take to replace what I was doing there. In the mean time....they used me. My work and numbers were great. And they kept writing me up any chance they could get. Based off lies. Sounds like they do that to the ones who are honest!
They only want manipulating liars on their team. Gross stuff.

This is exactly what happened to me while working at BSA HOSPITAL in Amarillo. However an attorney now deceased took it upon himself to investigate why I left. Well to make the story short. The clinical director, the head nurse were made to leave. I was retaliated against for defending myself on accusations made by an R.N. the doctors defended me. Sadly for those that did me wrong became ill with cancer, and other medical issues and wounded up being placed in nursing homes. I still run into the nurse that did me wrong and I remind her in the presence of her family. She has not had good luck in keeping jobs. One male nurse yelled at me because a doctor accused me of something that wasn't true. The R.N. that encouraged him has died. The doctor is now paying dearly, he isn't wanted in our city. I don’t ever remember this happening (in general) up to about 15 years ago…. But since then, I have quit literally EVERY job I have had between them. It has led me to a path of healing, yes- therapy, medication, mindfulness, etc…..
However, it has led to my life being “ruined” wherever I go. I have moved to and left several states wheee my hope was to “start over again”…. But as we have become so interlinked, and information has become so available and abundant (and integral to the process of ruining someone’s life and career, spreading lies and malicious propaganda, these people LOVE to use the internet and will go so far as to “follow them” and find ways to continue to ruin these people’s lives [can you imagine the time and will it takes to go to these lengths??] pretty much forever) once you’ve been targeted, there is no safe place to go.
Until this form of harassment (which is essentially slander) becomes illegal and the means to collect the data to hold these perpetrators legally accountable becomes easily available, I have yet to find any solution.

She had the habit of throwing everyone under the bus to make herself look good. She convinced the manager that she was God's gift to business and manager gave her anything she wanted. No new hire is going to stick around with those dynamics. Any time there was a problem, the first words out of this gal's mouth was "It wasn't ME!". I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 12 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start gaslighting, smearing and bullying me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Just don't react and not try to defend yourself which will only go back and forth making me look even more guilty. Action always speaks louder than words. Just best ignore them and find another easier target. Never let these low life lazy coward bums ever win.

@@AnthonyManzio Here's my advice because it happened to me. It starts because envious people make up rumors and eventually everyone is gossiping about the target, most of it not even true. You can decide for yourself, but it's my opinion that staying may cause you to eventually be fired before you're ready, while leaving gives you a fresh start. Unfortunately, most people are mean at their core. When it happened to me, I was at the lowest point in my life. The day it began, I was up for promotion because I was an EXCELLENT employee. Good luck!! 💜 ps, check out a video - 4 phases of workplace mobbing to be more informed before you decide. I'm so sorry this is happening to you, I know firsthand how traumatic it is to be called a LIAR by people you care about.

@@AnthonyManzio I respectfully disagree that they can't touch you in fact, if you're doing your job. Well, that's part of what they don't like about you. They're envious, jealous, little creatures and monsters. So they make up a bunch of b******* hoe that isn't even true. They will literally lie to the upper management. They'll slander your reputation to the people around you. No, it's not a matter of doing your job. Workplace abuse has nothing to do with your job. It has everything to do with a bunch of clusterby personality. Disordered c*** for brains bringing their emotional toxic b******* into the workplace and projecting it out all over emotional punching bags or people. They use as emotional punching bags. It has literally nothing to do with the work for better or Worse and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise. most people are not aware of the dynamics, right, there are people that lose their jobs for not doing their jobs. There are people that get reprimanded for being lazy or incompetent, but that's really not what we're talking about. We're talking about groups of angry s*** for brains that get together and mob up to hurt another human being. Because they believe they need a scapegoat to project all their emotional c*** out onto. if they're women with alcohol problems or men with p*** addictions that cheat on their wives, they'll come to work and literally find someone to take that out on and it has nothing to do with your work. I'm writing about this right now. In my book, entitled the dynamics of toxic and abusive workplaces.

Early in the video you describe some of the participants as 'good people'. I beg to differ. they are NOT good people. They may have a facade of 'goodness' but anyone who participates in workplace mobbing are NOT good people. I have zero respect for someone who is afraid to stand alone and say 'this is not right'. I have done it myself and absolutely they then turn on me. I expect it. I leave and go elsewhere. I know that their loss of a productive, knowledgeable employee who has a large client base is far greater than my loss of a toxic workplace. When people get over their fear of standing alone and confronting unacceptable behaviour, we will have less mobbing.

Hey there I just want you to know that I agree with you. It's not me and the video I actually took this video from Richard schwint. I absolutely agree. There are not good people even if you look at this from a biblical perspective. The Bible says that a liar leans his ear towards wicked lips. What is that tell you? The kind of person that likes gossip. That's not a good person. The other thing it says is that a wicked man takes a bribe to do evil. That doesn't have to be 30 pieces of silver. That could be getting a treat or being in. Somebody's club to hurt another human being. So yeah, I totally agree with you. They're not good people. They're disgusting c*** roaches. And that's an insult to c*** Roaches, but thank you for raising the point because you and I are in staunch agreement.

I think you're playing semantics a little bit. I mean in one sense. Yes, and no bullies always incorporate assistance. What we call enablers are flying monkeys to assist them in their evil dog feces behavior if it's a bully boss on a single target, then yes, it can be a solo act of bullying, but usually when it's a co-worker or a pier who is equal in power, it is mobbing because they have to enlist, flying monkeys. Enablers and other assistants to help them gain up and do their evil.

    • @mosaicowlstudios
      @mosaicowlstudios 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@theworkplaceabuseexperts9484Yes. It is always in the bully's interest to enlist "associates". It helps them avoid accountability by trying to establish a sort of "social validity" to the abuse, and it ensures a backline of communication to the bully on the target's reactions and responses. It also helps them feel like what they're doing isn't so bad.
Our coworker bully has a flying monkey in the department next door. And everytime the bully leaves the office, like clockwork, the flying monkey passes through our area of the building to "go to the bathroom", but in reality she is very likely monitoring the environment for the bully while she's away. The flying monkey also helps dig around in other people's work to assist in the bully's fault-finding behavior, and reports back to the bully whenever the target does anything "weird" (their word, not mine).
I also once met a new person in a different department who told me they would NEVER work in our office because this particular bully person is there, they know them from a time in their past when the bully decided she didn't like this person's good family friend and so she had another friend lure that person's husband away and seduced him into cheating (which also his fault, but my point is that I have heard stories of this person engineering a situation to have the husband of a person she didn't like cheat on them). She is sociopathic. She lies, constantly. I could go on for DAYS, and in fact I ended up writing a whole song about it and handing it out on an album with other songs to everyone in the company. I hate self-promotion, but if you did care to listen it's on my profile/channel.
I am very passionate about this topic. I also lost a cousin after he took his own life after getting bullied at his workplace. It's very personal to me.

Worst thing is having mediocre HR management, they do nothing and are part of the problem. Best thing is to quit, but I feel sorry for those who can't for different reasons. This is harassment and the companies whose working tools allow some of their employees to harass and invade others' privacy for bullying should be reported and file a lawsuit for compensation over mental distress and generated traumas
