It is so difficult to lose someone close to you, I have found the best way to deal with this in my life, is read your bible daily, especially the gospels, keep jesus close to your heart and in your life. Just heard about your loss. There's NEVER a good time to lose a loved one,but your family and your "adopted family" here on YT will be here for you. I know how hard it is,I lost both of my Parents almost 20 years ago,and I still smile when I remember the good times we had together. And that's all you can do-remember the good times and smile. You never "get over the loss",but you learn to accept that it's the way it has to be. It gets easier...I'm so sorry for your loss. God Bless you and your Family.

Take all the time you need everyone understands as we all go through the loss of family members. I have lost everyone but my brother and a sister so when I think of mom or dad or grandparent I focus on the best times and smile as it helps with the pain I feel missing them. Godspeed and be safe.

Just saw this and I give you my deepest condolences. I lost my dad in August. It was sudden. Thankfully, my company got me home ASAP. I was home about two days after he passed and was able to spend several days with my family. There are no words I give give that will make you feel better. I still have moments when I cry while driving down the road. Best wishes for you.

It's the only thing that will be on your mind as you try and accept your loss. Take your time, and be extra careful, you have a very dangerous job that requires your attention. It's part of life. Scripture ( New Test. ) shares that the Lord knows the exact number of hairs on our head. The Word also says for us to put our daily cares upon Him because He truly cares for us. God for some is churchanity or programming/brainwashing but the real deal is God wants a fellowship/relationship with us. Our God but also a friend. He's loving & merciful/forgiving. God gives us love joy peace...& heaven just for the asking. ( free ) prayer away. Lost my dad 91.5 in April/2017. Prayer said for you. Your one brave girl driving big rigs. God bless Al & Daisy.
Al a , you really said it best. Cindy, he is right God doesn't want us to suffer. He really does want a friendship with us, and I am no church person. But when my mom died , she was in my arms. This was the most powerful spiritual experience I ever had, I saw, felt where she went. It was heaven it is full of love and understanding and God is there with them. I believe that is where your dad is. It's a lot to take in. It is so hard loading people we love. I do pray for you. Pray to God. Talk to him. He will help. Sometimes it's not what we thought it would be. But he will answer you. God be with us all and safe travels with closed weigh stations!
