I'd be green with envy normally, but to day I adopted a lefty prs 24, a boss katana 100w Amp, and a G&L (leo Fender licensed) strat style guitar with a swamp ash body..... Buttery smooth, guitar day indeed.
I think this has got to be your best educational video yet. You just show the equipment you are using a demonstrated how it changed sound etc. Like to see more in this style 👍
Personally, I have the 2012 version for the fiftieth anniversary... It's also an offset version with a comparable look. Obviously smaller as it's only 1W. It's also made in the UK... The main difference is that it only has two knobs : tone and volume acting on the gain in a very old-fashioned way. And it can be switched to 0.1W, making it possible to use it without disturbing even people in the same house in a room next door, even at night. At 1W it's already very strong for personal studio use. It sounds great ! 🤩👍
Your point about an amp making the simplest things sound good is huge. It's really hard to pin down what exactly does that, and in my experience its something amp sims in particular struggle with.

How do you think this compares to the victory, sheriff and now knew more comparable victory deputy, as well as of course, the Friedman, dirty Shirley, all similar flavors a little more modern however, I am truly leaning towards the deputy. I have owned the dirty Shirley for a long time and I also own the mini studio silver jubilee from Marshall, however it has its own master volume and the sounds are certainly a little nicer when it’s on the 20 W setting but either way, I am curious to know as you’re reviewing them do you see victory in your future or Friedman in comparison videos ahead thanks like your channel Just started following 1:371:401:421:44

ry a vintage Ibanez Tube King, (you can change the 12AX7 valve to change the tone. I started with a TS9 but now I am all tube, vintage point to point wired amps also. Get a good vintage point to point wired amp with built in reverb. I got rid of my effects pedals. My favorite head is a custom (my friend designs and builds point to point wired heads) modified (Fender) Champ circuit. I has between 5-10 watts. I always play throught a sound system, so this is for my monitor. Love your playing and your reviews. You are a better guitar player better than I am.
Tube amps are almost like a living thing,sometimes finicky,sometimes bringing in a far radio signal between jams,and a ts9 pedal with it was my simple setup ,not a Marshall but a 66 supro royal reverb 17 watt i belive?
