I have all my calathea in hanging pots in my bathroom. Not only do the leaves move, but because the weight changes the pots move too. Its fun having it different every time I see it. Being able to see the underside of the leaves as well as the top is lovely! The undersides are so pretty they need to be shown!

I love hanging plants! I've got a landlord who wouldn't appreciate holes in our plaster walls, so I hang them from curtain rods and drape them off of furniture. My absolute favorite is my Philodendron Brazil. He just loves life and is always putting out cool new leaves. I also really like my scindapsus, but I keep trimming it for cuttings and the cuttings take eons to grow.

I hang my maranta plant! My coworker bought me one two years ago and I’ve been propagating the mother plant like crazy since. I’ve given several away as gifts. I have two of them hanging in my house and the two in regular pots. They look so good when hung ❤️
I feel lige golden pothos is soooo underated, if you want your house to look like a jungle this is the plant that will get you there over night. they love any environment, low/bright/direct light, never rots, never gets sick and it's cute!!!!

I never hear anyone talking about Swedish Ivy. My mom gave me a tiny start at the beginning of last summer and now it’s HUGE. It grows like a weed. Super thicc waxy leaves and just a gem.
The Lemon Lime Maranta is one of my favorites too. I have mine on a shelf hanging over the edge, but it could easily be hanging too. I think it's much hardier than the red one. Thanks for sharing Harli, have a great weekend! 😊🌱🌵🐶

Neon Pothos is one of those plants that just pops up and says "Hello!" and it's not afraid to tell you how it's feeling. Looks great in a dark pot with darker-leaved plants, I chose a Black Sansevieria(Draceana? Who knows) but I wish I would've put in the 'Raven' Zamioculcas instead.
@@pratishthasingh2741 So, I don't regret potting the neon Pothos and the Black Snake Plant together!! The Raven ZZ is doing great in its own little pot, the new leaves come out bright green and then 'burn' into a nice deep bronzy purple. Have a great day!!

Yes!! I have a traditional green maranta lucanera as a hanging plant and I have my red vein as a hanging plant right above my bed and to see the stripey leaves during the daytime and to see her all tipped up and showing the red underside at night.. unbelievably stunning and you're right it doesn't just hang straight down it goes out every which way and creates almost like a plant cloud! Absolutely love her!!

The purple oxalis is also another low light tolerant plant. Well at least for me with my NE facing window. Another very vocal plant, here leaves actually look like butterflies and her flowers just enhance it even more..

I hang my maranta plant in my kitchen and it has grown massive since I have hung it up. It will move throughout the day with the light and has more freedom to do so since I have hung it up which i think is why it has grown so much

Ok soooo i bought a mini arrowhead plant a year ago for 1 dollar in US dollar, and it grow so much and i took cutting from that plant and got 7 plants now, the leggy plant look look so cool And very easy plant, + i hang one of them a month ago and it looks beautiful because the leggy leaves is going everywhere❤️❤️ luv your channel

I just got a fairly big cutting (for being a cutting) on Tradera (Swedish ebay) for 30€. Not the best price ever, but good enough, and my girlfriend could go pick it up for me, so I didn't have to do with shipping. From what I've seen they're starting to become more common!

I adore my prayer plant! I use it as a centerpiece on a table and love how it spreads out.
