I forgot to mention guys, when you switch your hand on the grip make sure to grab the bar underhand, so the palm of your hand is facing up/forward. Now get out there and practice!
@@mikooooooooooooo i can go 2 times around in a circle on foot peg wheelie but i stoped for 2 weecks now because my fork and stem broke so i have to find a replacement for my bike i tried full welding it but it still didnt hold on lasted a month hahaha thanks for asking bro keel safe man
spinning has always been my bane. now, get rid of this snow so I can try it again with your hints. still working on the perpetual motion steamroller, but missing something to keep it going, and in circles
+SCott Nelson It takes some getting used to, but when you get into learning spinning tricks it's hard to stop. Hopefully Spring weather rolls around soon! Record yourself doing steams, that way you can play it back and see what you're doing wrong. & I run the Odyssey Frequency G's 100psi
MP BMX thanks. i still need to figure out the trick to spinning, but the different camera angles help. no one but me have rode flat near me since 1993. it is easier when you can watch another. we have the xgames big air here, but no flat.
@@joshua_8687 I did learn 2 main things: My bike is not built for flat like my old 89 Master, and yes, I've learned to pump my megaspins. Oh, and 3rd, I've learned I get really dizzy after 3 spins. 4, I want a new bike.
i feel like the peg wheelie is the first trick everyone should master. then from there youll be able to to a ton of tricks. you´ll also get the feeling how to roll on one wheel and its almost the same for the frontwheel. balance is balance. then the hang5 and youre going to get good faster. is you try all the beautifull tricks with learning pegwheelie youll never really get the hang of it and its exhausting how hard tricks can be and you dont feel any progress.
Very well said!!🙏 Every trick helps in the general learning process, as it teaches you bike control and balance and various techniques unique to flatland, no matter how difficult a trick it's all possible if you work your way up
I recommend to stand a little more on the outside off the peg. If your close to the frame and your lose the spin the bike will be under you. If you forget to drop the bars and jump away there is a chance that you crunch your ankle. It may not happens by the first time but i had the pleasure after the 10 time or so. Just my personal recommendation 🤙
Thank you for your input Hannes! Personally I find that standing on the edge of the peg is more fidgety and leaves less room for error, but is necessary for certain tricks i.e pivots. So we have to learn it that way sooner or later anyways. And of course safety first ! I hope you're all good after your crash👊
Mik Penar yes its def a little more complicated. But i personally had the benefit that if i lose control my foot slips on the frame and is not stuck between peg and frame in a 85 degree outside ancle 😅🤙
Arghh my arms and feet are in pain from to much practicin rocket peg manual trying to find my balance because my bike is so heavy but i will never give up on flatland
