Hello. My problem, in this case, was trivial and was resolved with the help of technical support. One of the supports stood on a power cord. Due to the level difference, the sensor thought that a cat was left inside the device. It may be the same problem in your case, check it. Also reboot the device, move it away from the walls or anything that is close to it. Let me know if you managed to solve the problem.

Yes. 100%. But you should be prepared for expensive maintenance if you use original consumables. But this product is a great time saver. It helps a lot when we are away from home for a long time.
You will need cat litter (but you can use any) I use the original, 2 deodorants, litter bags, once a year or so I change the litter box mat, better buy PetKit litter box step, and if you have big cat I would recommend taking PETKIT Elevated Entrance Fence for PETKIT Pura MAX

@@nurcanulku If you have 2 cats, you simply need this product. You will very rarely need to remove the drum and clean it and underneath it. But this is very rare. You can ask someone to do this, it's not difficult. I myself have health problems, so I chose this product. The tray will notify you which cat went to the toilet for what time, and will show its weight. All information will be displayed in a special program on the smartphone. You don't need to clean the tray, it automatically collects waste into a bag. Once a week, but in your case, apparently more often, both the program and the display on the device will report this, you just need to take out the bag and throw out the trash and use a new bag.
