I love your videos because you explain why things need to be done a certain way. I didn't know that if it's not softened cream cheese it could damage your machine. Or adding the eggs one at a time because of clumping. if you didn't say those things I probably would have cut corners and had a nasty cheesecake lol

Did you know that, if you want the most flavour from your banana, you should freeze them till black. thaw them, trim the ends, sueeze the banana out, wring out all juice from the peels. monster banana flavour when done.

I think I will use peanut butter cookied for the base (his other gma loves Elvis and he went to Graceland with them and had Elvis' fav sandwich) This one is so easy too! TY so much my Aussie chef friend!😍🐨🍌
