Can this unit spray masonry paint?
thanks for the video! do i need to strain the paint before starting the job? or the suctions filter is enough ?
also how to chose the right pressure setting when painting?
and do i need the cleanshot device when using 60 cm extension?
Hello Ron, yes it's always a good idea to strain the paint with a sieve or mesh so that there isn't any paint particles that may cause blockages. The suction filter will help but you should always start with paint without any bits in it. There are many factors that decide the required pressure, the type of paint, the temperature, tip size etc it's a case of testing it on some pieces of cardboard to confirm you're happy with the spray pattern before starting the work. Can I use oil based paints that require mineral turps for thinning/cleaning and what about metal etch primers that require thinners? Cheers
The sprayer is suitable for water and oil based paints.
When I'm painting interior walls with control 250m can I turn down the pressure from 5 to 3 or is it recommended to leave it at 5
Hello Eamon, I am very sorry we appear to have missed your message. You can reduce the pressure as this will give you more control and there will be less bounce back from the surface and therefore less overspray. So provided the finish you are achieving is what you need, reducing the pressure is no problem. The WAGNER Team

Can it paint cemented wall?
Hello Abdullah If you are spraying concrete walls you would probably use masonry paint. We would not recommend using the Control Pro range for spraying masonry paint as the tips supplied with this machine are too small and ideally you would need a more powerful machine for covering large surfaces. I have the pro 130 and every time i paint the spread is extremely wide. What can i do to reduce the spread and also why when i squeezed the trigger my walls get the little balls of paint
Hello The Pro 130 in the UK is the Control 50M, the "little balls" of paint could be due to incorrect dilution. Ensure the paint is properly thinned according to the manufacturer's instructions and that the tip is clean. Testing on a piece of cardboard before starting your project can help you get the settings right. Airless tip sizes are crucial for achieving the desired spray pattern and finish. If you're experiencing a wide spray pattern, switching to a smaller tip can help achieve a narrower spray pattern and finer finish. Also try bringing the gun closer to the surface being sprayed. Hello in theory yes but this is probably not the best solution for spraying cars. This is more designed for wood and metal paint and wall and ceiling paints around your home. Car paints require different equipment. Kind Regards the WAGNER DIY team.

I can use this machine but paint pressure is very low
Hello yes you can with for Wagner Control Pro 250M the pressure can go upto 110 bar. This airless sprayer utilizes High Efficiency Airless (HEA) technology. Generally, HEA sprayers operate at a reduced pressure compared to traditional airless systems, offering efficient spray patterns with more control and less overspray and reduced wear on the machine.
