    웍 (궁중팬) 말고 , 후라이팬에 볶아야 하나요?
    양념에 재워서 볶으면 물기가 생긴다고 하던데, 선생님 제육볶음은 재워서 하시는데도 ,물기없는 제육볶음이라 후라이팬에서 볶는게 비법인가 궁금합니다.

      궁중팩으로 볶으면 아무래도
      국물이 좀 생겨요
      넓은 후라이팬으로 볶으면
      확실히 수분이 빨리날아가서
      수분없이 잘볶아져요~^^

      양념은 그대로 하시면.되구요
      조리는.돼지고기 를.먼저.볶고
      어느정도 익으면.그때.오지어를 넣고

      고추장 반수저ㆍ고추가루 3분의1수저 ㆍ간장 ㆍ
      💢설탕 너무 넣지 말고. 대신ㅡ💢👏양파즙ㆍ키위나ㆍ배즙ㆍ맛술로 하시고)없으면
      (양파즙ㆍ맛술ㆍ매실청으로 대체하면 설탕을 덜 먹게
