@@WhereisBrad you're such a kind and nice person, bro. Please feel and treat yourself just like at home.
@@AhmadWafee-KLthank you so much!! 🎉❤
@@WhereisBrad I just watched the other one with Chris, dang bro. The only thing that hinder me from going to Jalan TAR is the busy road, hustle and bustle with people. I live only 15 miles south of KL. Each and every town in Malaysia has its own Pasar Malam. Even more during the coming Ramadan month, 4 hours before sunset, there gonna be Ramadan bazaars which is on another level. There will be lots more food brought into KL and Selangor from another states. Imagine you're in Michigan eating authentic Tex Mex or New Orleans Cajun Chikin without having to travel afar. 😂
@@AhmadWafee-KLI see that’s awesome! Okay helpful comparison!

Amazing so nice share and beautiful view
Thank you!🙏
Walking early morning is good experience in KL, Welcome to Malaysia
Nice okay thanks so much!!
The apam balik inside is usually with butter & peanuts. Keropok lekor is a snack from East Coast of Malaysia mainly Terengganu. And yes you do need some chilli sauce with that fried fish
And corn too in Apam Balik
Okay I see!!! I’m loving the food so far, but man, there’s so much! This is truly paradise for me!
That kuih koci is my favourite...super good..😋😋
Sooooooooo good! I’ll be having more very soon!🥰
I hear that u love durian,,,please try malaysian durian,,,,and ask for durian 'red prawn or udang merah'...really good...just a recommendation...😊😊
Hi..Chris U're promoting a good n respected service and it was done by M'sian Ngo's too at certain time in the past n on going too. The abandoned and poor people are still around but i don't know whether they're foreignors or local. Anyway thanks for your concern.

Hhahahaa I feel fat already!!! It’s amazing and also dangerous lolol
Hi Brad. Welcome to Malaysia! Hope you enjoy yourself here in my wonderful and beloved country. I know you really love the foods right? Enjoy yourself and keep safe. 😊
Haha yes I love food. Too much! I’m loving Malaysia for so many reasons, but the food alone makes it a new favorite place for me 🥰😁🥰
Loved your videos! Im a new fan. You gotta try laksa sarawak, mee kolok and pan mee here in malaysia. Also kek lapis if youre lucky to find any here in west malaysia haha! Also, welcome to Malaysia! 🫶🏻 Hope you’re enjoying your stay here.
Oh lots of good suggestions. I’ve heard of those but not had all. I had laksa, but what is the Sarawak?
Thank you 🙏

HI brad welcome to Malaysia, hope you happy to be here! There's a lot attraction place , please explore more ❤ The best part is the foods! Please enjoy it cause we have a lot of delicious meal. Love how you try to get close with Malaysian.

Although Malaysia is a small country, Malaysians are friendly, especially in langkwi melaka teranganu, penang and others that I love.❤
The thing that draws me most to different countries is for sure it’s people! I’ve had only positive, friendly, and fun interactions so far! I find that many people speak English, but for those who don’t, they still try and smile while we try to figure things out! I can’t wait to explore these other cities! Thanks for the suggestions! 🙏🥰
Try our Shawarma at Halab Gate Shawarma Bukit Bintang. Try the smokey chicken, beef or mix.
Oooh okay sounds great! I usually go with the mix, but I’ll have to change it up next time! Thank you! 🙏 🥰
The “fish cake” is called keropok lekor. Yeah, normally we will dip it with special chilli sauce. Maybe the seller forgot to add the chilli sauce for you.
I see! Well it seems like chili sauce would’ve made it , but it was pretty delicious on its own too! Thank you!🙏

Come again to malaysia.. chinese new year will be on feb 10 and 11th. U can experience the celebrations here😅
That sounds super fun! I won’t be able to be there for that this year but hoping maybe next year, or other holidays!
@WhereisBrad perhaps u can come back during ramadhan. U will enjoy the ramadhan bazaar held daily fr like 4pm to abt 8pm at many2 places in Malaysia.
@@bakafrayaborja896I’ve actually heard so much about that lately! It sounds super interesting and I’d love to participate. I’m going to see if I can come back for it!
@WhereisBrad
Definitely you have to come back because
3 to 4 months is good to spend in malaysia 🇲🇾 😂
Yes Brad,u should dip the Keropok in its sweet chilli sauce!🎉🎉🎉
Haha okay I need to try it again, but correctly! I’ll be back for more for sure 👍🍽️

You need to try our local burger next called Ramly Burger..its easily available on the streets. Hint: look for 7 Eleven, theres usually a Ramly Burger stall in front of one
Okay good to know. lol I’ve actually had a ton of people tell me to try one, and I can’t believe I haven’t tried one yet!!
@@WhereisBrad when you ordered your Ramly Burger, you can always customise it. Not fancy with messy sauce? Ask less sauce.
Got it!!! But how do the locals do it? I’m the opposite of picky, so I want to taste how it’s meant to taste 😁
@@WhereisBrad just order as it is, no need to customise..Ramly Burgers are known to be very saucy and messy...but we do get add-ons to our orders.
Basic burgers:
Chicken Burger
Beef Burger
Then add on:
- cheese
- egg (Codename: special)
- double patty
- mixed patty (Codename: kawin) * kahwin means married so you got beef and chicken married to each other hahahah
How you order?
Examples:
- Chicken Burger = basic chicken burger
- Beef Burger Special = Beef Burger with egg wrap
- Chicken Burger Special Cheese = Chicken Burger with cheese wrapped in egg
- Double Beef Burger Special = Double Beef Patty wrapped in egg
- Kawin Special Cheese = mixed Beef and Chicken with cheese wrapped in egg
For starter, you can try Beef Special Burger first 😂
Remember, if it ain't messy, it ain't Ramly LOL (remember not to wear white shirts when trying Ramly)
For price indication, a basic burger should cost around RM5 ($1.20), so your add-ons will be around RM2-3 each.
Beef/Chicken Burger around rm5
Beef/Chicken with Egg wrapped around rm7
and so on..
Each stalls has got their own signature style, so you gotta try few until you find your favourite stall 😂
@@fahiruzrazalinow this is some next level advice!!! Super helpful. Especially the part about not wearing a white shirt Lolol! Thanks so much 🙏🙏🙏
Apam Balik is a local pancake… there is 2 kinds, the one u have is the thin and crispy version.
Ahhh I see, I guess I need to try the other! 🥰🙏
@@WhereisBrad The filling is crushed peanut, sugar, and usually a dollop of cream corn as well

6:33 apam balik is like foldable pancake (fluffy) with fillings.. originally corn cream, sugar, crushed peanuts.. some add other flavors too. But that crispy apam balik is modified version, crispy not fluffy, thin, minimal filling
I think I could’ve eaten 10 of those lol. Thanks for the info!
I found that Malaysia is much cheaper than some of the Asian countries I visited from the hotels to the food and I really enjoyed my vacation there and you are right Brad the food stall didn't have flies all over the food like some of the countries I have visited. I was very careful what I would eat when I traveled in Asia.
