Can I use this method by logging in my main acc just to afk then opening my second acc on the second client to play?

Hm it crashes when i try to launch into match
You can only start multiple clients/queue/select but you can play the game just with 1 client at once. It's usefull for people with multiple accounts in high elo to have shorter queue time
