This is a great song, so rich in its' lyrics. I can see how it had an impact on your life. For me it is "The Crow And The Butterfly" as I have lost a son and though the song itself hasn't changed my life, I cry whenever I hear it. I had the chance to talk about the meaning of this song with my son before he was gone.
I got to see them play this acoustically before their show opening for Powerman 5k in june 2003. After all these years, I finally got to tell Brent face to face at a Smith & Myer show how much this song, and LAW, meant to me. His response: "Thank God you're still here." ...that's from him, to me, to you. Hang in there PJ Lindy
This is the song that made me fall head over heels for SHINEDOWN!! I finally got to see them live 10/05/2019 at JQH in Springfield Mo. They were absolutely flawless in their performance!! I have been to a lot of concerts and they are second only to Pink Floyd, I saw them in Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City Mo. I was really sick at Shinedown, but there was no way I was gonna miss it!! I will see them every time they come to Mo. Next time it will be even better!!
Great video that you got! I remember the first time I heard this on the radio. I was already a Shinedown fan, but I was like " holy sh*t!" The range he has in his voice is awesome. Finally saw them live. No surprise, it was so good.
It is really a rush for me when people give me responses to the videos I posted. That is to say, for positive replies and I gather yours is positive. I have not posted anything in a while. Living in South Carolina limits my exposure to great artists as they seem to skip here. Not Shinedown though, they play here (when they are touring) all the time. I am excited about the fifth album and can't wait to hear some tidbits from it. They already booked three summer fairs, which I take to mean a full tour is coming. I'll be there, with my HD/Stereo camera and do my best to capture the best. Even if it does take away from my totally enjoying the show (which is why I don't capture every single song).
Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate it. I also have taken lots of pictures of similar quality. This camera I bought has the capability to take HD video with stereo microphones. They ARE great guys, I have had the privledge to meet them as well and I cannot believe how genuine they are. Creed is the same way. Stay tuned to my channel, I have more concerts coming up such as The Who and Rush. By the way, I got caught at the Creed concert recording video.
Hey, thanks man. I have nothing more than great equipment to be thankful for. The kind words are the motivation that keeps me recording and posting. Just recorded Creed at the same venue and got caught big time. I have most of the videos, they just told me to turn off the camera. I'll be posting them this weekend (travelling now) if you care at all about Creed. Thanks again.
Never in my 50yrs have I heard a lead vocalist sing this awesome live.Nobody can hold a candle to Brent, and I've seen some great concerts.
one of my favorites and probably one of his most sad songs.
This song just makes me cry so much, the passion is his voice though 😍
this song saved my life....

Man how I can personally relate to this song...
My birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉
To think this is the place where live from the inside was filmed almost 10 years before...
I hope at least one of those "awesomes" goes to the videographer!
Ditto
I agree. Just look at my videos and honestly, tell me he is lip syncing
Stuart Silverman Watch throat muscles.
If they need a replacement ever they can call. Cause I could have sung it that well, shit.
No you couldn’t
